Luisa's house is inside a complex of villas closed to the outside, well cared for and with direct walking access to a well-served beach (a plus of the house!). Ideal for families with children or those who want a comfortable tranquility in general. The garden villa is well cared for and functional and has a lush garden with the possibility of using a barbecue and lounge chairs to enjoy the starry sky. It is just a few minutes by car from Pescia Romana where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended!

Charming little house surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for a couple. Convenient as a location to reach the coast and enjoy the hinterland (Vulci, Capalbio and Montalto di castro). Perfect even in the winter with a great air conditioning system. The hosts Federica and Francesco were very kind and welcoming. Come back to try it out in the summer

Mrs. Narita and her husband Roberto are welcoming and helpful people. the house is located inside a residence where tranquility is the master. surrounded by greenery, the house is delightful and equipped with everything, even detergents that are not usually there. Mrs. Narita gave us all the detailed information we needed, even culinary, always remaining at our disposal for all the needs we could have. What to add? Francesca is a very sweet host. We arrived earlier and that was no problem. She had tips for nice restaurants, we were given a tour of her house, clear instructions about the park and so on. The house is in a beautiful well maintained park and the beach is fantastic. The garden of the house is wonderfully cool with large trees. Super nice!
