Monthly Rentals in Madonna del Passo

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Cristina, Roberta, and Maarit's place in Cerchiara is absolutely fantastic. It is charming with its different levels and nooks and corners; the living room and bedrooms are spatious and comfortable, and the kitchen, which is downstairs, is impressively well equipped. Heating is also efficient. I spent three and a half weeks in Cerchiara and could've happily stayed for another such. The hosts are great. Communication was super easy and quick; if I needed any help with something, Cristina would get back to me immediately. It is evident how dear and important the house is to her and the co-owners. And then there's Cerchiara. More a hamlet than a village, it has gorgeous views over the valley and a bunch of dogs and cats who claim the place theirs as much as the few other permanent residents. The silence and calm there are palpable. And hiking options in the area are excellent (Terminillo just 40min drive)! One thing to consider: you need a car to get there and to get around.

we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!

Two rooms, located within walking distance of the historic center. The house is very nice, clean and bright, equipped with every comfort. There are even two coffee machines, generously offered by the owner along with cookies, brioche, biscuits, milk, and bottled water for breakfast. The kitchen is habitable, with a large table and a refrigerator. There is also a TV, sofa, a single bed and a double bed. The bathroom is very comfortable and equipped with all comforts, including the shower. The heating worked through an intuitive display, but it was not necessary to turn it on, given the heat. Very kind and courteous host. Absolutely recommend!
