Monthly Rentals in Marsden Point

A nice and modest studio apartment with a fantastic view and a great bed. Just a few steps to the beach. The beach is a tidal beach (so no waves), the water is clear. There were no other people there, so peaceful and quiet. Don’t expect too much luxury, but the price is according and great value. Very friendly hosts that helped us out (thanks for the nespresso machine!).

Wow what a delightful little pocket of serene paradise. Coming from the city and fast lane of hustle and bustle this place was definitely a slice of heaven. Thank you so much Gordy and Carol. The communication was awesome. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet you in person however your beautiful little retreat says it all about you both. Just a little side comment not that it mattered the internet wasn’t up due to previous ones who had played around with the settings. Yet the communication was on point. Would I stay there again? Of course I would and would recommend this to anyone🙌

All members of my family enjoyed Aileen’s home, very comfortable beach house that was easy to settle into. Would love to come back someday!

My partner and I had lots of laughs because of the outdoor shower and toilet. Truly an experience especially now that it’s getting colder at night! Definitely something to consider if you shower before bed and use the toilet at midnight! Otherwise, the host was very communicative and unit was as listed. We’re grateful for the stay.
