We had a very comfortable stay. James is a very kind person. I would strongly recommend this place. You have everything that you need in the house. Even you have a very good smoothie maker:)) for me it is a must everyday for my two teenagers. You will be very happy to choose this place, it is also very close to beautiful St-Laurent river and also to down town. Thanks a lot James!

Josee has been a fabulous host. She has a system in place to make sure that everything is ready for your arrival. Her home is beautiful. We were very pleased to be in the walkout lower level. The suite is very well outfitted with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots/pans/appliances/dishes etc that we would have in our own home. A highlight for us was the beautiful indoor pool! It is the icing on the cake. The backyard is large and backs onto a river. We have enjoyed both of the decks in the back to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a drink or just to relax. BONUS: The sunsets are spectacular. If we ever needed anything at all, Josee was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. We are here for a work contract so this was a perfect place for my husband and I to start our work in the local area. If you are English speaking, this area is bilingual. Thanks Josee!!

This is a true gem in one of the most beautiful areas in Montréal! Walking distance from many interesting places to visit, great restaurants and transportation The space is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to have a fabulous stay Elodie is very attentive and kind, it was a pleasure communicating with her. Responded very quickly and always in a positive way : ) I would definitely return and fully recommend it I just loved my stay ❤️ Thank you for making it such a great experience

Great stay at Melina's place! The apartment is perfect. Small and very cozy. The apartment is in the basement, and yet there is brightness at will. The large window lets in the brightness. Everything is available in the apartment and much more. All equipment available for cooking, sheets, towel. There is a thin mattress that can be placed on the sofa and makes it more comfortable. Positive point +++: the apartment in the semi-basement keeps the freshness, not negligible appearance in summer. The apartment is only 7 minutes from the Cadillac station on the green line. Everything is accessible quickly. Next door, there are necessary shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. Sometimes we can hear the noise from the neighbors above and the lobby door. However, neighbors are generally respectful. It's a real cocoon where I felt good with my cat when I arrived in Quebec. Thanks for everything, would definitely recommend!
