Valentine was an amazing host! She responded quickly, provided me with a comfortable stay, and was very courteous. The place was nicely decorated and had everything I needed to stay in Montreal for a month.

I spent 4 months at this place, everything went very well. Description and pictures match perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and close to transportation. The hosts are very friendly and responsive to our requests. No complaints, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this listing! A BIG THANK YOU!!! 😄

The place is great. Older building but well taken care off. Perfect location. Very accessible, close to everything, walkable. Bus stops close by, taking you to different metro stations. Parking can be a problem. I specially was amazed by the Catholic Church with my name sake originally than became St Esprit 3 mins walking distance. Janique & Frederic are always available and responded quickly to any requests. The only thing is the TV, unless you're hightech individual, it won't work for you. They don't know how to make it work. They ask you to use your laptop which most of us don't bring with us or don't know how to do it. A simple thing they could do is to connect it with the cable, but they don't do it. My nephew was able to find that out and connected it for me after over 1 weeks without any TV. We only got 4 stations, but it was better than nothing.
