We had a lovely time here — the unit was as described, and it was very convenient to Vík and Skogafoss.

An awesome country side quiet retreat with farm animals around. Loved waking up to the cooing of hens. The views were beautiful. Host is extra nice and sweet, welcoming us with home made chocolate cake. We loved and appreciated the fresh fruits, farm eggs, milk and various jams. Home was very cozy and comfortable for 3 couples and a kid. Definitely recommend staying.

Very happy guests, highly recommend. I have 1 complaint it's very difficult to get in the place. You have to lift the handle put the very stubborn key in. It took a couple minutes to get in the accommodation, even after instructions were given but I would return. The views, and the black sand beach are special.
