Holiday rentals with beach access in Newcastle upon Tyne

Lovely property in a delightful area. Metro only 50 yards away one way, Beach 50 yards away the other. Lisa very helpful.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

Allaoua was very nice and easy to contact and would respond promptly to any questions we had. He went over everything when we got there and it was great for our family of 8. We even hosted a family of 5 for dinner one night and there was plenty of space for all 13 of us! Highly recommend! Lots of nearby restaurants/grocery store/beach!

We stayed 3 nights in Karens apartment. The apartment is nice (perfect for 2 couples). The location is very nice, close to the beach, an easy walk into Sunderland centre, easy access from the Metro and a bus stop close by. Many pubs and restaurants in the area. We would like to comeback back to this apartment.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Ground floor had the advantage of a lovely front garden area - shame we didn’t have any sunshine! John was great he communicated with us throughout our stay and his instructions for check in were clear and concise., Only thing I missed was the kitchen area had very few baking trays for the oven. We did nip out and buy a couple from the nearby Morrisons so we could cook a couple of pizzas. Easily solved and not a huge problem. I would recommend this flat, fabulous!

a truly beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, there can't be a better location right on the front facing the sea with amazing views, parking was easy at the side with the free permit included. super host, friendly and responsive, clear and easy access information. really spacious homely apartment with a nice well equipped dining kitchen, and a stunning lounge with bay window and the view! . the main bedroom also had a sea view. Tynemouth Front St is just a few mins away. Best air bnb weve stayed in Tynemouth. definitely recommended!..

An easy 5* rating! John and Joanne could have not been more helpful and responsive, and then left us to enjoy the gorgeous place. Lots of lovely little touches and had everything we could need. Perfect base for a big group. It was a shame it was such a short trip for us as it would have been nice to stay longer!

Really enjoyed our recent stay. It was lovely to meet Joan who gave us a very welcome arrival and made a great cup of tea 😊 Location was superb for catching up with our friends and gave us time to explore the beautiful park at the end of the road. House was very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely sunny garden. Joan communicated very well with us at all times and offered additional information about the area etc. would definitely stay again.

The annexe is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It was really warm and cosy, on what was quite a cold couple of days. Colin gave us a very friendly and informative welcome. We enjoyed our visit to Fish Quay on his suggestion and the short walk along the coast to Tynemouth. Highly recommend this property.

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. For a single mum I found the place perfect the beach’s omg with real sand that is a must , this place amazing was a home from home but with loads of bench’s and felt like a Holiday also , the owner also amazing I made a little mistake and she was nothing but helpful kind and caring which as a single mum means the world when booking , I will be back for sure as my son and dogs loved the bench’s I loved the bath and cosy feel the place gave me , x

Really enjoyed our Christmas in Whitley Bay. House was ideal and had everything. Right next to the sea! Close to shops and lovely cafes, even a cinema. Catherine is perfect host, friendly , helpful and communicative.

brilliantly, well presented and stylish house. very clean, tidy with everything you could need. beach access a few minutes away, local club/pub. perfect base for the busier holiday destinations. we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay. would well recommend the lobster pot.

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

A wonderful quiet stay in a delightful flat on the second floor with wide stairs. Comfortable with everything provided with tasteful decor. The accommodation was as stated in the description. There was everything that you needed to enjoy your stay, it was very clean and well equipped . Bed was very comfortable and the bonus of off street parking was great.
