Monthly Rentals in Newton

Jeff and Marcia’s home was lovely and well cared for. It provided my family a great place to gather and support a member needing expert treatment at MGBH. We needed the flexibility to schedule visits with family, all traveling from out of state. The house was large enough that we could be in the same room to prepare and eat meals, to play cards or board games, and to have discussions. It also offered areas where 2 or 3 of us could have quiet or private talks. Jeff was quick to respond when we needed to contact him. The house worked out well for us and came with the bonus of many nice paintings and stained glass projects.

Very nice apartment- clean, with many thoughtful touches to make stays easy and pleasant. Plenty of windows for light and a nice view from the hillside location. Quiet and restful (including blackout shades in bedroom) yet convenient to get to major roadways. Chris is an excellent host! I would definitely stay again.
