Monthly Rentals in Parkdale, Old Toronto

Mussie is a lovely host. I highly recommend staying at this spot in Toronto. The locations is perfect. Close to grocery stores, bars, shopping. The building is quiet and there is a great gym. Mussie was also very easy to get in contact with during the stay.

Adesh is a great host. He was quick to reply and helpful if I needed anything. The Place is great, very clean and comfortable. I did a 5 week stay, it felt just like home. The apartment has everything I needed and many little touches to make it feel very comfortable. The neighbourhood is excellent. Its a quiet residential neighbourhood just outside of the downtown core. It's quiet and private, but very easy to get downtown if you want to go. I was very happy staying there and I would defiantly stay there again when in Toronto.

If you are looking for an apartment which really feels like home, this is a great choice. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Sometimes you hear people in the house since it's an old building, but I never found it to be annoying or distracting. The thing I appreciated most: Within 2 minutes your are at a streetcar stop which is so convenient. Emilia was very easy to communicate with and responded pretty fast to all my questions. If someone in a similar situation like mine would look for an apartment in Toronto, I would definitely recommend to stay at this place! It was so cozy :)

I loved staying in this apartment during my exchange to Toronto. The apartment is incredible! Clean and with everything you need: full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... Close to Queen Street, with restaurants, markets and shops and the bus stop. Cris is kind and always available to help! I highly recommend it.
