Monthly Rentals in Playa del Janubio

Great apartment in quiet area with its own parking space and swimming pool. Wonderful terrace and even more beautiful garden, tended to very carefully (great to see green in extremely dry circumstances). Good beds, good shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Only minus is that there is no inside dining table (there is a small table with a sofa). But at most evenings, eating outside is possible in Lanzarote. There is an outside barbecue which guests can use. And there are many restaurants in the vicinity, on which Annette can advise you. She and her husband live in the adjacent house; the apartment is built in such a way that it does have a private feel.

A superb welcome , i came to stay with my spouse for a week ,we really appreciated the conviviality of Corine and Eric. they were available to advise us The apartment is very well located and it is very pleasant to live there. we all have the necessary equipment for the week. The terrace has good sun exposure all day ,with the wind it's very nice to rest there. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again

We recomended this place, 100%! Perfect location, very peaceful, with a lot of sun, great pool, beautiful garden and 2 terraces with amazing wiev on sunrise and sunset. Well equipted kitchen, nice bedroom and the host is very responsive. We can't wait to come again! Worth the money!

The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Lanzarote! Great furnishings, large garden and a great location for all the activities the island has to offer. Ivonne was always easy to reach and we felt very comfortable the whole time.
