I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

We had a very lovely stay! First of all, Polis is such a beautiful and peaceful seaside town, the perfect spot to relax. George and Marianna’s place is in an excellent location, right on the sea, and you can simply walk out to the beach. There’s plenty of outdoor space, which was great for the kids, and the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Such a cute place, very tastefully decorated, in lovely garden setting with view of the sea. Enjoy lunch and coffee on the terrace! The family are so kind and welcoming. It’s a really pleasant quiet 10mn walk to the beach from the studio, and Polis is an authentic little town with plenty of good restaurant options. It’s exactly the stay we were looking for.
