Chalet holiday rentals in Powys

We really enjoyed our stay at the mouse house, property was nice, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of a lake and woodlands from all the windows and patio doors. Hosts was helpful and easy to communicate with. We got to feed the friendly alpacas, and meet their sweet two dogs Freddie and Susan. I highly recommend if you fancy a quiet peaceful get away surrounded by nature

Fantastic stay in a lovely private park, location was great over looking the lake, everything you could need inside & outside self contained decking area was a nice extra! Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at the stables. Karen and John were great hosts. They have a stunning, comfortable and cosy cottage which made a fabulous stay. Lovely and clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with home made Bara Brith and butter… lovely ☺️. Stunning location…. The most perfect break! Highly recommend 5 ⭐️. We would like to return!

Fantastic little chalet in the Welsh countryside. Luned and Richard made us feel very welcome and were super helpful with directions and have a book with recommendations for local activities, they clearly care about their guests. The chalet has everything you could need and is well presented. The surrounding countryside, views and grounds are stunning, and there's even a few short walks through their property. The chalet is dog friendly, with a very cute Labradoodle! Myself and my wife and our dog had a fantastic new year here, we only wish we could've stayed more than a couple of days.

We had a very peaceful time at the lodge, it is exactly as described and hosts are lovely. You have everything you need and felt at home straight away. Washing machine and dryer for an added bonus after experiencing the Welsh mud :) We hope to return soon!

I had a fantastic stay at Richard’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. The location was perfect— 30 minutes from Pen Y fan which was the reason of our stay. Richard was incredibly responsive and helpful with instructions on arrival making my stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

suzanne was a perfect host! great communication and very friendly when we met her! the ranch was beautifully laid out and lovely and warm, everything you need for a good meal provided and plenty of space and seating for guests. Lovely views, stunning location! Only thing we wished was that we stayed more than one night!

Rosemary's wonderful cabin is located in a picturesque and peaceful spot on the Tanat valley in Wales, surrounded by gorgeous hills and curious sheep. Being fully insulated and having double-glazed windows, the house is quite cosy and warm regardless of the weather outside, and has all the amenities one could need. The location is surrounded by plenty of attractions: trails, mountains, water falls, lakes, castles, historical sites, and local villages with inviting pubs and cafés. Snowdonia is only a short drive away too if you dare take on one of its peaks! Rosemary's cabin is the perfect place whether you want to explore the beauty of north Wales, or just stay in and enjoy the view with a hot beverage. We hope to return very soon!
