Cozy penthouse in the heart of my city

My apartment is a small and pretty penthouse on the 4th floor, located in the central district of La Marina from which you can walk to all the main places of interest in the city. From the terrace, much loved by guests, you can see the sea among the rooftops of the neighborhood. Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, theaters. In 15 min by bus you will arrive at Poetto beach, in 8 min walk to the train and bus station and if you add another 7 minutes you will be at the airport!

The big advantage is that you reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot. In front of the building, where the apartment is located, there is a well-stocked supermarket, and nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias and pharmacy. The bus stops for the center are in front of the house entrance.
