Villa Rosati Beach House

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

This large single villa is located in an 8,000 sqm garden that ends on the rocks and on the sandy beach. It is in fact in the front row with private access to the beach. The house has four bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with two bunk beds. Thereis a small tennis court, a table tennis table and more. There are 3 full bathrooms. We ask for the power separately and - if you want - the rental of linens (€20 per person and change).
