The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it a perfect home base. I had the convenience of having a parking spot and reliable internet. The location was good —just a short drive to the highway and within walking distance (around 15 minutes) to The Pearl, a must-visit spot in the city. There’s also a restaurant right around the corner, and both a gym and a coffee shop are just steps away, adding to the overall convenience. The neighbors were friendly. My daughter stayed here for about 3 months for a rotation at a local hospital. Everything is as pictured-it’s a garage apartment with its own keypad; only the washer/dryer was downstairs and only shared with the owner. It’s centrally located, and in a gentrifying neighborhood but she never felt unsafe. The owner lives on-property in the house next door, so when the batteries died in the keypad once, he was there right away to replace them. He was always very responsive to communication and pro-active in letting us know when a maintenance appointment was scheduled. Definitely a great place to stay close to downtown.

I stayed for 8 weeks for a clinical rotation at a nearby hospital. The location was perfect! Very peaceful and had everything I needed. Definitely would book again if I’m ever in the area😊
