Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara

We really loved our time here. It’s a well located spot, walking distance to town. Space is cozy, remodeled and has an off street parking spot in driveway. Incredibly safe and walkable/bike-able area with lovely hosts who live in front house and you may get to interact with if they’re around. Some small things to note is it does have flight of stairs to entrance, so stairs are required for access. It’s above the garage so you may hear the garage door go up/down. Also driveway can be narrow for some, though we were fine in our SUV. None of these things were issues for us and overall we found the place very peaceful and a good value for being so close to everything.

Such a nice calming place. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pots, pans, and spices. My partner is 6’9 and I’m 5’10 and we fit on the bed and we’re comfortable. Loved the outside sitting area. Was a quiet neighborhood which I appreciated. Easy check in process. I want that back splash in the kitchen and the shower.

This place is absolutely magical. It’s quiet and secluded but also right next to downtown Santa Barbara. We stayed here for a month and my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! I can’t recommend this sweet casita highly enough!!
