Jeff and Teresa’s studio was the perfect home base for my visit. I used to live in the area and wanted someplace close and familiar. The price was the same or less than a hotel with the benefit of privacy and peaceful quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and Jeff and Teresa were very responsive hosts. Definitely recommend and will stay again when I’m in the area.

This place is a gem. First, the neighborhood is quiet, large streets, beautiful area with mountains in the back. The location is perfect. Off the beaten path, but easy to get to everything. My daughter and I felt very safe. Second, the house was very clean and decorated spectacularly. The kitchen was completely outfitted! I mean everything! It had everything you need and more. Spices, coffee, all the silverware, pots and pans etc... The beds were comfortable. The house was exactly what we needed and more. Everything worked! The only thing I would say negatively is 4 adults is about the max I would go. If I'm ever in Pasadena this is where I'm staying.

Alan is a wonderful and accommodating host and the house is just as described/pictured. The beds were so comfortable and all the linens were of high quality. Plenty of supplies and towels on hand. But overall just a really cozy and comfortable stay for our family in such a great little town. So much to do in Sierra Madre, all within walking distance makes this a great visit! Alan was incredibly kind and responsive to us during a very difficult time in our community due to the Eaton Fire. We can’t thank you enough Alan—highly recommend and we’d definitely return!
