Monthly Rentals in South Kingsville

We had a fab stay here including with our two small dogs - great location, and so good to stay in a spacious one bed apartment that is clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need! It’s up one flight of stairs, super light filled, the balcony/verandah is small but so nice to have.

Second time at Con and Cherri's place, this time for a few weeks. It's well set up for a long term stay with all the amenities you'd need, great location with shops and public transport nearby, and very responsive host. I was very comfortable here and I highly recommend this place.

I stayed for three months and it was tremendous the entire time. Mischa was always communicative. Seven minute walk to the metro. Fig and Walnut is a terrific local coffee shop to be a temporary regular.
