Very spacious and well located location, 5 minutes walk you are on the beach. Excellent rooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I recommend it!

Claudia's apartment is better than the photos , td tidy , clean, a large TV, a super comfortable sofa bed, the bedroom bed is also very tasty. It is within a very good hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The place is close to Allianz park stadium and burra funda Rubi line 7 mobility, good point for the football race, inner city transportation and morever comparatively close to GRU airport. Close to the bourbon shopping mall, Mambo market and Ampm /OXXO is very close and convenient to reach. Close to Agua Branca （Horse Show) park and easy for physical exercise.

Very nice location, lot to do near by, walking distance… place was very clean, very close to GRU airport, I would stay there again.

It was a good stay, close to the beach , underneath a tasty and not expensive boteco. The employees are very friendly and so are the boss. I am from Portugal and I felt very safe at the AP

We stayed 7 days in the apartment, me, my husband and a 4 year old child. Everything we needed during the lodging had in the apartment. Lots of bed and bath linens, air-conditioned environments. When we arrived we received a welcome treat with drinks and delicious chocolate. Complete kitchens. Exactly as described on the listing. I'm sure when returning to Guaruja we will look for the Apto do Vitor. Many thanks Vitor

I spent little time in the apartment, but it was clean and very beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. It has a great location, many bars and restaurants nearby and easy to get in and out. I really enjoyed the period I spent there and I'm already recommending the space to my friends : )

I had a great stay. Apartment has everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Carmen was also a great host, very helpful. Very quiet surroundings, is close to the subway and many bus stops, there is an Oxxo on the street as well. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location. Ap small, but for 2 people it's excellent. Very easy check in / out. Net is not good, but this is a thing of the building, it is not the responsibility of the owner. I recommend it!

As in the listing , a very functional, well-equipped aside, good location , convenience of a hotel and functionality of an apartment , full kitchen, excellent, super indicated , and what is best for the super price region, is well worth it .

I stayed for a week and everything was great, the apartment has everything you need. Great location, the building has a good gym, the staff of the condominium are super polite, the restaurant that is at the entrance of the building is great for everyday life, it has nearby markets, restaurants and pharmacies. I recommend it!
