I loved the apartment, easy access is all close by. Very airy and comfortable place. A wonderful view facing the sea. It has everything we need inside the apartment. My family can't wait back.

The apartment was clean and functional. The building itself is not upgraded, but it’s fine and feels safe enough. There is a grocery store and pharmacy on the next block, and a seven story mall in the other direction

Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, to the metro. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room that can turn into a 3rd bedroom. The furniture is a little outdated, but it's comfortable. Air conditioning exists in all 3 rooms. Juliana answers all questions and is always ready to help. It was worth the price we paid.

It's our fourth consecutive year in Walmy's apartment. And it was wonderful as always, the view is lovely. Seeing turtles swimming soon afterward was amazing!! We look forward to seeing you again!! Walmy is a perfect host!!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Juliana's house is very comfortable and cozy , the pier at the front of the house gives an extra charm and a huge practicality to those who want to ride a speedboat. The swimming pool was always clean as was the house. Dona Estela, the diarista, was super helpful and made us a delicious fish. We'll be back for sure !

The house is very wide, 4 baths make a difference for a large group as we were. Some mattresses are bad, for minor children watch out, but we had to put it on the ground because you could feel the footstool! The rest very good, bedding ok, pillows ok, cleaning ok. Salomão, very attentive and polite pool! Great stay! we intend to return!

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

Perfect house!!!! We had excellent days at Cristina's house. The house is wonderful, large, well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area. Chairs, beach tables, all sensational! We were surprised by the presence of the cottage inside the house, which did not disturb us, since she is super polite and was there just to guide us. We will definitely return!

Luciana's apartment looks a lot like the photos, but we miss a larger space for meals. In relation to the rest of the property, we like the beds very much, they are comfortable, the air conditioners and fans work very well, it has televisions with various channels and apps in all the rooms and wonderful showers. The view is very good. The building has an interesting leisure area, since it is a little further from the condominium club, but it is much closer to the beach. The fact that we had only one card for the group of 6 people was complicated. An access password could be provided only for that stay, in which everyone could have access to enter. The access to the swimming pool of the building's leisure area is only by stairs, a problem for people with compromised mobility. However, Luciana's apartment is comfortable and the communication quickly, the indications given by her were profitable.

We really like the city and the accommodation. we will come back again and again.

Complete, spacious, clean condo. All rooms have air-conditioning, but we took very fresh days, they were not necessary. Well located, beautiful view. All that was needed for our stay was present: bath towels and bed linens (including extra quantity), kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The condominium pool is wonderful. We'll be back for sure.
