This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

It was a very pleasant experience! The place is very beautiful and cozy! It had all the products and appliances we needed. The Loft is all decorated. Really a charm. In addition to being super well located,inside a condominium, next to a beautiful lagoon. The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend hosting.

I spent a week at Loft Maramutá, everything was quiet. The place is well located, very cute and cozy, has a lot of privacy. The kitchen has basic utensils and can be cooked in the microwave. This week I was found to be particularly hot, so I had to hire the air conditioning, especially in the days I was home office, otherwise it would be too muffled to work, but we are in the middle of summer, right. Communication with Enil was great. I recommend it, it was a great home this week.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. It is centrally located in the centre of Ipanema. 3 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins walk to R Visc de Piraja. A very safe area.

Loft is complete, has many kitchenware, bed/bath linens, and other objects that are fundamental to an Airbnb's functionality, we feel at home. Mrs. Alice is polite, kind and communication with her was clear and objective. We are very pleased.

Great studio, excellent condominium with pool and fitness center. Easy Check in. The building is located just minutes from markets, bakery and pharmacy. Daniel has always been available.

I really liked Patricia's api Great location, market in front, restaurants, bakery and the nearby Frei Caneca mall. Apt well equipped, comfortable and exactly the same as described. The high point for me is the fact of having the lava and drying and the electric clothesline. It was super helpful. Perfect stay! I indicate the place and would like to stay at this place other times.

Edison was very helpful. I stayed with him for two months and the apartment was great. He was very helpful and would always respond quickly if I needed anything. the apartment was great, with a beautiful and peaceful garden with palm trees and banana plants. I had plenty of privacy and the house was very secure in a very secure neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again if I have a need for accommodation in the area.
