We had an amazing stay! The house is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures, with well-kept environments and a cozy decoration. The air-conditioning was essential for the heat of Ubatuba, ensuring super pleasant nights. The utensils were impeccably clean and organized, making our experience much easier. In addition, the leisure area is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. A point of attention is the address. The name ‘Villa de Capri’ and the address‘ Rua Machado de Assis, 795 ’were instrumental in locating the site, as we had some initial difficulties. Overall, the stay was perfect! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

It's the second year in a row we came to this apartment. It's beautiful!!! Located perfectly between Ipanema and Copacabana. We had a flaw in the internet and Mercia answered right away. Always attentive and very quick answering. The apartment is the same in photos, or better even.

My stay was wonderful! From the first contact, Breno and his team offered exceptional service, always very attentive and available. The apartment was impeccably clean, with fresh, fragrant bed and bath items, which made the experience even more cozy. Every detail of the property has been carefully designed to meet the needs of guests, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. I recommend with my eyes closed and, undoubtedly, I will return on future opportunities!

Very beautiful and cozy space, I felt super at ease. I went alone on this trip and the ap supplied me well, it is a medium and very functional space, with necessary equipment (stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, etc.). I did everything on foot, close to market, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, bakery. Very safe,quiet, clean and organized. Simone is a sweetheart, received me super well, indicated places, was very attentive. The staff and residents of the very educated building, the caretaker is a sympathy in person. My stay was very happy, I was super satisfied. I definitely recommend the apartment and the neighborhood are a beauty and Simone is very welcoming.

The place is cozy and very quiet. Joice, her husband and son made us feel at home. They were flexible at check in and check out. They assisted us with access to other cities and welcomed us very well. The house is impeccable, super clean bathrooms, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. It was a pity that it rained, but we still managed to rest and enjoy the space.

We had a wonderful stay! The site is within a very well located and secure condominium. The swimming pool is super warm, receives sunshine all day, and the house was impeccable – all new and very clean. Elaine was extremely attentive, gave us great tips from nearby restaurants and markets. We will definitely return!

For sure we live perfect days in the house, which is even better than shown in the pictures. Everything impeccable, especially the wonderful host, has been in contact with us at all times, being very fast in communication and flexible, helping so much in our time and in every detail. Even wonderful place, great, airy, very fresh even on very hot days, safe and with privacy. Everything clean, organized, there was nothing missing in the house, wonderful pool, by car and Uber we arrived quickly in the camp and bundles also to enjoy the neighboring cities beyond Cabo Frio. Everyone fell in love and we can't wait to come back. No defects!

We went to pass the New Year's and we liked the house very much, very spacious and all organized. The neighborhood is quiet, the beaches are close by. We will return for sure.

A weekend of peace! The house has a lot of green and tranquility around, it doesn't even look like we're in BH. We went to an event in Mineirão and for us the location was perfect! For sure myself and my friends would be staying at Gustavo's place again.

Overall, I’m giving a 5/5. Marcel’s apartment is wonderful to stay in. It’s in a perfect location. You’ll feel safe, secure and have easy access to local amenities and transport. Marcel was proactive about any issues I’d had and had them promptly resolved. Location 5/5 10 minutes walk to Shopping Ibirapueira and 15 to Eucaliptos station (metro). Plenty of bars, restaurants and botecos. There’s various super markets to choose from and you’re very close to good dining experiences. Apartment 4/5 The apartment is a beautiful space sufficient for one person. I stayed for 4 months. While the apartment is beautiful, it is missing a few things that would make longer stays more comfortable. A washing machine for clothes, some extra bed clothes and towels and a few more kitchen items, e.g. better pans and pots, lids (long stays mean you’ll be cooking in a lot) Communication 5/5 Marcel (and team) are almost always available. Communication is fast and you aren’t alone!

the real harbour condominium is spectacular, beautiful beach, great pools, etc. the apartment is very good too, it had everything a little, everything clean and organized, bedding, pillows and unscented quilts, a beautiful view. three bedrooms, three bathrooms and another double mattress.
