Monthly Rentals in Stokes State Forest

Wonderful quaint stay with everything we needed. The location is a plus being very close to the Sussex County Fairgrounds Natalie and everyone there on the farm are warm and welcoming (even got a tour of the yak and alpaca) loved the store filled with beautiful knitting gifts you can buy (I chose new mittens) Playing fetch with her dog was a fun bonus We loved our weekend Thank you! Highly recommend (even in the dead of winter!)

My family and I rented Ava’s home over Christmas and it was the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The house was very well stocked and truly had everything we needed. We had a 5 year old with us and she loved all the toys available. The space was truly beautiful and Aga was responsive and proactive with everything. We knew just what to expect. Truly above and beyond a 5-star experience-we hope to find an open time this summer to return!

Once again, my family enjoyed a wonderful few days together in this beautiful home. Every detail has been taken care of- from the fireplace being ready to go upon arrival, to the cozy blankets and fully equipped kitchen, Erin has thought of it all. Nothing better than getting away from the city to read by the fire with lake views and a cozy fire. Perfect summary was my 5 year old nephew saying “this house feels like a hug!”

We loved our stay. The cottage is so cozy and welcoming. It snowed during our stay and the woods were magical with the snow. We would love to stay again some time!
