Monthly Rentals in Trou-aux-Biches

A big 3 storey house. I belive all the 3 storeys can be rented out as 3 separate airbnb units. we didn't know that the 2 bed unit we booked is on the 3rd storey. Need a lot of strength to carry our big luggage up and down during check in and check out. comes with a parking space inside the house which is very convenient. it is quite impossible to get around without a rented car. Abhi is responsive and always ready to provide useful information. the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no fan or aircon in the living room.. it is too hot and uncomfortable to stay in the living room. Other than the stairs and hot living room.. the stay was great.

It doesn’t get better when it comes to comfort and location. Close to nice food, beaches and the convenience of the mall nearby! Thank you!

Romain is an extremely responsive owner and has arranged this apartment at its best. Very nice kitchen with stone countertop, with lots of storage and wine cellar. Induction cooking. Italian shower XXL ,large room storage with bedding in 180 , what happiness . Pooja her trusted lady comes every day to clean always with a smile , a lovely person. a plus , each apartment has a small blind apart for the confirmation lady to store cleaning products, linens , brooms ...which does not clutter the apartment . sublime sea view in a small Mauritian residence of 10 apartments. very beautiful and large infinity pool. the apartment has a private entrance that opens onto a small outdoor terrace with no opposite or passage in front of the kitchen window and where you can dry the laundry discreetly and privacy. The residence is quiet and close to everything. thanks for staying 👍❤️

Had an amazing stay at the villa! Everything one needs is there, James checked very friendly on how I enjoy being at this place. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again! 😊 Everything was super flexible and you can enjoy your time in Mauritius at his place!
