Delightful apartment, spacious, light and airy, with inland and sea views from every window, tastefully and individually furnished and decorated to reflect the traditional fisherman-style house, but with all mod cons. It’s mostly on the first floor but has another double bedroom reached by going through the main bedroom and up outside steps, to a sunny terrace with magnificent views. There’s a single attic room, reached by a wooden staircase, again via the main bedroom. It’s altogether charming and original, and we loved it. It is set in a peaceful, isolated area, part of a small group of inter-related houses and apartments set amongst cactus gardens. No shops in walking distance & only one bar in the tiny urbanization of Los Cocoteros, so a car is essential. Easy parking. A large natural sea pool & beach 100-200m away, makes an ideal safe swimming spot for 5-6 hours around each high tide. Christian was friendly and always available to help and we’d recommend his property 100%.

The stay in Los Cocoteros was fantastic! A very beautiful and bright apartment, sparkling clean, with an eye for details. View of the sea and the volcanoes. Comfortable chair and bed. Everything was available. Waking up in the morning to the sun rising above the sea is priceless! Los Cocoteros is a lovely quiet village, with no beach or shops. But that's part of the charm. Arrieta beach is a stone's throw away. I was in Lanzarote at 1 of the busiest weeks of the year (semana santa), but in the north of the island it was very calm everywhere. I really calmed down. Communicating with Renata was very easy. She also regularly checked herself to make sure everything was ok. Super friendly. Will definitely be back to Los Cocoteros! ❤️

Had a great visit! An amazing place, spacious, clean and above all a beautiful view with a small terrace where you feel very quiet. Almost at the foot of a volcano and you can see the sea in the distance, it's really the best. To perfect it all, Nino is really very kind, radiant, available and recommended lots of places to visit with good advice. It was a pleasure to spend some time here, thank you Nino for his good memories in mind!!
