Villa with large private pool, 15min from Valencia.

Large villa for rent complete, 900 m² and 320 m² built,distributed over 2 floors with various rooms, terraces and garage. On the ground floor we have 3 double bedrooms and 1 single single bedroom. Full bathroom. Master Chef kitchen integrated with the leisure area through its windows with outdoor dining room. Large dining room with a bright a fireplace, a movie screen, a Netflix Amazon Prime, an outdoor terrace access. On the 2nd floor there is a second living room, double room and full bathroom.

Huge terrace & gardens, pool + live-in caretaker

30 mins from Valencia, beach & MotoGP track. Very spacious home set in 1 acre of shady gardens. Large, private pool, huge terrace, ample storage for bikes/motorbikes. Possibility of extra bdrm/bth adapted for wheelchairs. You will have exclusive access to all the main floor of the house, while I live in a separate flat in the basement. I will respect your privacy at all times, but will look after the garden & clean the pool during your stay. I am also available 24hrs to help with any problems.
