Townhome holiday rentals in Valencia

Nice stay and nice host who received us. Pool was very cloudy, which looked like it wasn't completely clean. Sunbeds were not quite in perfect condition anymore. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The time we spent in this house was a wonderful experience, mainly because we had a garage for our car and facilitated the transport of the bags. We have an air-conditioned house with an extraordinary view of a Castillo del Puig, with new equipment that facilitates family or group travel. The property of some stairs, however, is worth it and I highly recommend staying in this house.... If we have conditions we will return!!!

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

Cristina was a wonderful host, pleasant and friendly, reliable, with very quick and good answers, useful tips and for our stay (shopping, eating & drinking, activities, renting bikes,...). Cristina personally welcomed us in the apartment and handed over the keys. The duplex apartment -a townhouse with its own entrance - is exactly as described and in the pictures. We felt right at home It is located in a quiet neighborhood that has a beautiful character. The beach is a few minutes away on foot or by bike. Likewise, bus and tram stops are not far away, as are restaurants and supermarkets, easily accessible on foot and by bike. You can reach old town in 25 minutes by bike. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, very clean, beautiful yet purposefully furnished, the kitchen practical and well equipped, the bathrooms beautiful, as well as the bedrooms. We had a wonderful time there.

We had a great time. The location, unbeatable... The house is very comfortable and Carlos is very friendly. We gave flexibility to enter and leave. To improve, a little more kitchenware, since for example there were only 3 spoons. To be repeated, definitely

The host is thoughtful and friendly. We like the place for its interior collection which reflects local culture. When we have questions, the host responded timely. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent vacation at Mercedes's house with our two small dogs. The layout of the house is perfect, and the rooftop terraces really nice to enjoy the sun, or cool off at night. The location is really great for a laid-back stay in Valencia. Plenty of excellent restaurants and the beach within walking distance, in an area with a great, relaxed vibe. And easy to get to the center of the city if you need to! We brought our car and didn't have a problem parking, but getting around by bike, tram, and bus was also pretty easy.

Stayed here for the Valencia marathon in a group of 5. Lovely home — over multiple floors and has a rooftop balcony. Lots of space and bathrooms, really great for our group of 5. Location is okay — there isn’t a ton to do in the area and you will want to go into the centre of town if you’re there for tourism. There is a metro stop very close to the house which opened on the last day we were there (it was closed on the other days due to the floods); got to ride the metro to the airport but can’t speak to its use within the city. Imagine it would have been super convenient if it was open more while we were there as the stop is SO close to the house! The L150 bus stops nearby, but heads up the bus is cash only. The property was lovely though. Only complaint is there was a single key, so for our group of five we had to coordinate timings a lot. Host was super responsive and very helpful. Very good option for a large group who is okay taking public transport into the centre of the city!

We really liked it! It was exceptionally clean and tidy, had everything we needed, the host helped us with anything we had questions about and responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for the hospitality❤️❤️❤️

We spent a few days in this lovely house and our stay was very nice. The accommodation is close to the beach, a supermarket and a 10/15min drive from Valencia. Our host welcomed us with small gifts (water, kinder for children for Easter) which is much appreciated. The place had everything we needed. Thank you for your welcome, we'll keep in touch in case we come back here 😉

A very nice place for a few days or weeks for an amazing price. Two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, ac and everything you need.
