Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Valencia

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We absolutely loved this bnb! It’s HUGE, beds were great, location was good, and it was just plain fun. Such a gem. Only complaint was that we were offered early check in at 1130 (which is great) and didn’t get to check in until 12 due to previous guests. We didn’t get any notification until we were there waiting. Realistic bnb problems but a heads up would have been good due to us having kiddos. Overall AMAZING stay.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

The apartment is amazing! Light, airy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal for people who want to explore the old Valencia. Carmen is a was a gracious host and very accommodating when we needed a late check in or a place to store our luggage for a few hours. She was always willing to help, but never intruded on our privacy. A top-notch place and hostess!

Lucie was very hospitable and responded quickly. Super clean big and nice accommodation. The location is perfect with great restaurants and taverns around.

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

A really good place to stay in Valencia. Francisco was very welcoming and helpful when we had to order a taxi etc.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check out time so we could organize well with the little ones. We would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

One of my greatest air b and b stays EVER! The host was there for us every step of the way and helped us in more ways then I can even explain!! 😊 would 100 percent stay again and recommend anyone I know staying in this area to book! She is amazing human being. Also with us being from Canada and not for Europe she made us feel so at home. Her home felt like are home❤️

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
