Place is situated in a great area. Accessible to most, if not all of the major places in the city. Host is very accommodating and responsive. Will book again!

I love the place so much! Very clean and cozy, and Mrs. A is a very responsive host. The communication went well and thankful for the accommodation. But the staffs are very attitude esp that one guard. But you’ll surely love the place and the host as well!

I had a very pleasant month stay, in Jennifer's apartment, she was always very kind both on arrival, sending someone to open the apartment at six in the morning, as well as until my departure. I haven't had any contact with her the rest of the time and that's symptom that everything worked perfectly and it wasn't necessary to call her. The area is a bit far from Ayala and IT Park, but you almost appreciate being in an authentically Filipino neighborhood and out of the bubbles for tourists. The pool is great, very friendly guards the apartment has everything we need. If I came back to Cebu I would go back here. Pablo

The place is surprisingly cheap yet it already offers more than enough of what anyone could need for a stay in the city. It was exactly near the landmarks we wanted to visit. The place itself also brings out a chill vibe, felt quite at home! Would definitely book again if ever I travel back to cebu.
