Monthly Rentals in Wilmington

Our stay went great! We had to search a minute or two to find the entrance in the dark, but the written instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The location was PERFECT for walking around downtown and a walkable downtown wedding. There was some street and music noise on the weekends to be expected, but we brought earplugs and slept great. Just what we needed! When we needed a trash bag the hosts were really responsive and had someone bring us one the same day. We'd stay again! The wall unit cooled the room down well, fan over the bed made it the perfect temperature at night. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Surrounded by trees in a beach town is a bit of a special pleasure! The place was beautiful with personal touches that made me feel right at home. Any questions or items that came up were answered or resolved immediately. If you are looking for a location between the beach and downtown with a neighborhood feel, this will one bedroom will treat you well. Perfect for those who want a quiet retreat in the middle of Wilmington. The deck was a delight in mornings and the evenings. Would definitely book again.

The space was well done and extremely cozy. It had everything we needed to feel like our home away from home. Molly was very glexible and responsive when we had to extend our stay last minute. We will certainly be back!
