Monthly Rentals in Balçova

I've stayed in a wide range of places in different countries on Airbnb and other platforms throughout the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best stays ever. Perfect flat - spotless, comfortable and well organized. Berrin and her partner Kubilay were so kind to us. They welcomed us at the door, showed all the amenities and communicated with us throughout our stay to check if we are comfortable and offered help if we needed. Every little detail that we would need during our stay was already already provided the moment we arrived together with treats. The location was well-connected to busses, metro and tram. There are bunch of nice restaurants and shops just in 5 minutes of walk. Furthermore, having the opportunity of a sea side walk on one of the best spots in Izmir anytime is priceless. We would like to thank to both for their hospitality and kindness. 🫶

It was a lovely experience to stay at Olena’s place. It’s cosy, stylish flat and feels like home, consisting of all amenities which you would usually have at your own home. I would definitely choose to stay again and recommend it. Also, Olena was very proactive in communicating and responding quickly to any queries. Many thanks Olena!

Deniz and his associates in Izmir were helpful and were great hosts. Their communication was great and they were very responsive. just a heads up for future travelers in the summer, the AC was just in the main living room so we all slept in there as the bedrooms were quite hot. Overall, the place was clean and there was a grocery market just a two minute walk away so we were able to get grocery items and cook meals at the Air BnB location. Deniz and the hosts provided a large bottle of water when we checked in and there was toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, plates and utensils which were provided as well. I would recommend Deniz as a host in the future. He was very friendly and responsive.

Everything was number ten, I had an experience and comfort that exceeded my expectations based on my first airbnb experience. The cleanliness, order of the house, the availability and availability of everything that may be needed made me feel at home. I would also like to thank Mr. Çağlar for his service and conversation.
