Apartment holiday rentals in Cagliari

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

Very nice spacious apartment with great amenities in a quiet area. Samantha and Maurizio are very nice landlords, communication went smoothly. A supermarket is 5 minutes on foot, bus stops 8 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Wonderful, pleasant, sunny apartment, kitchen well equipped for cooking, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Very convenient location, easy walk from the train station and easy to walk everywhere. Mauro met us when we arrived and was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would happily stay again.

This was the best place we've ever booked through AirBnB. Super clean, everything you needed available, beds fine, quiet, supermarket nearby, sea walking distance, just perfect!!!

We were two and enjoyed an excellent stay. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Mauro, the host, was very reactive, kind and friendly. We could easily visit Cagliari from where the apartment is situated. For example, the bus to the beach is nearby, the train to the airport is nearby (5 minutes to the airport!). Whenever we needed to buy products such as milk, washing gel for the washing machine, fruits etc, it was easy - there are several small convenient stores in the street. We did not use the convertable couch as we were only two - For two, the appartent was perfect. For 4 it will obviously be more constraining. I highly recommend this appartment.

Perfect location in the old town, right next to a general store, cafes, restaurants, I highly recommend.

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

Super clean apartment, lovingly and conveniently furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very beneficial. Great area, all partially within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately available. Despite a late arrival time, she welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thank you!

I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

Fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. It is in a picturesque, peaceful location in a historic area. All the main sights and lots of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Gerald really went the extra mile to meet me when I arrived, made great recommendations and booked me a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in a great city, with very kind and flexible hosts.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Staying at the apartment was really special! It looks even nicer than in the photos and is super well maintained. You can walk to pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the smell within the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room scent. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but you can always find something with patience. :)

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

The photos are an injustice he should include a video! So well appointed, immaculate, and luxurious we enjoyed our stay so much. The only reason we stayed in the area was because of your place. We did leave a dayearly, but that was because of rude people .we were sad to to leave you’re beautiful par de Terre Reno well done and well appointed !
