The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Just back from a wonderful stay at Salvatore's studio apartment. Although it is a studio it is spacious and with a fully kitted out kitchen. A huge part of the attraction is the fantastic location where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves outside. Within 2 mins you are on a great beach, which is nothing to say of your own little private beach area below the apartment. Salvatore was a great host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend the apartment for those that want to chill out and unwind.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Whenever I explore unknown corners, I look for places where I can soak up the atmosphere and life of the locals. Renting at Simona's place is what I needed😁 Breakfast and dinner in the garden/patio accompanied by kind 🐈🐈‍⬛ and peace and 🐢 quiet. Without the hustle and bustle of😍 the city, there is no problem with parking. Don't wait to leave your car near the house, but you can park in a designated spot at any time. The mentality of the residents ❤️ who welcomed us as their own should be added to this envelope Spacious apartment with MAX everything you need😉 Locally, you can walk to 🍕 or🍤. I also recommend a trip to ☕️ 🥐 and everything at an affordable price It has a mini market. Within a short distance there is a supermarket equipped with everything😁 And the hosts… well about them🤷‍♀️ Good souls, with a kind heart😍 worrying about you somewhere about being hidden, because you can't see them. Help and advice. That's where you'll feel safe🤗

We loved our stay in Torre Delle Stelle. The apartment is super nice located, right next to the sea... you can sleep with the sound of the waves and the view from the terrace ist stunning! Just a 20 min walk from the apartment you can find a beautiful beach where it's not so windy (in our time) and the area is quiet and nice. We visited during off season, so most of the houses were empty, but we always felt safe and happy here :) The next supermarket is a little drive away (25 min to Villasimius), but you get paid with the most amazing views... Paolo made our stay definitely better, because he was so welcoming, trying to make everything possible, gave us good recommendations, what to do etc. and was always available... thank you Paolo, for your great efforts!! all in all we would 100 % come back and enjoyed the quiet and cozy time there!

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. An amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor and city. The apartment suited us perfectly and we will definitely come back to this gem.

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness impeccable. One thing that particularly impressed me, making me really feel "at home", was the Easter decoration: simple, cute and thoughtful. Surely, if I find myself passing through, I'll know who to contact! Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

We spent three days at Andrea's place - the reception was great, we were greeted personally and shown around. As described, the apartment is many stairs away from the floor - that did not bother us. Great rooftop overlooking Cagliari, modern furnishings, everything there, great lighting. Enjoyed the sun and even used the magnificent outdoor shower to cool off. Bathroom top. the hosts take care of themselves warmly, also got new glasses and a FireTV stick during our stay. Would highly recommend it! There was plenty of parking around the block in April.

There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. Waking up every morning with that view made the vacation even more special. The fact that the beach was within walking distance was an incredible advantage - just a short and pleasant stroll to feel the sand under your feet. The apartment has been renovated with exquisite taste, perfectly combining modern elements with the original character of the space. The furniture, appliances, and finishes were all high quality and made the environment very welcoming. Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

Great location, good amenities, all the way to Alexa. Franco personally greeted us and showed us everything and responded immediately if anything came up. The bathroom still needs to be optimized, so you wanted to take care of it. Within the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe there! Can 100% recommend the apartment!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
