The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is totally quiet and beautiful. You can drive to Cagliari in 30 minutes and shop, eat well and visit museums. Daniel is a fantastic host and we felt comfortable from minute one. The house is equipped with everything you might might need. The beds are great and the pool is a dream. You should use a car that can handle a somewhat rocky road. Thanks to Daniel and Pierpaolo and see you soon.

I stayed at Michele's place with friends for two weeks, and it was an absolute blast! Michele was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and cook, including heaters to keep you warm during winter. The vibe of the house is fantastic, and the view is truly one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this place! A small note for those visiting during New Year’s Eve: the city is very quiet, with most(During my stay, everything) restaurants and markets closed, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and unwinding. Just make sure to plan ahead for supplies. There are small cities close by(20-30min by car) with restaurants and markets during this period.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

We felt very comfortable with Marco and Elena. It was a very relaxed and relaxing stay. Marco and Elena are very friendly and helpful hosts. Our child was given a children's bike and many toys for the beach directly at the entrance. The property is as described and very clean. Good bed linen/towels. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (first floor) of a villa and is accessible via an external staircase as described. You have a private balcony, a covered terrace downstairs and your own garden area with an outdoor shower. The hosts live downstairs, but you can't see each other unless contact is wanted. A parking space for the car and a washing machine are also available. A small quiet beach is a 5-minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes by car in Pula. At Marco you can rent bicycles and a canoe free of charge. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a bus stop right next to the house and a mini supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, this is the perfect spot. The beach is a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride. The connections to Cagliari are excellent, as there are many buses running from this area. I highly recommend buying a weekly ticket at a kiosk marked with the letter "T," which is only about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Thank you once again for everything! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Beautiful villa 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Cagliari

Raffaella is really an absolutely amazing host! She showed us an incredible number of beaches and places that would not be in any guidebook or the like, so real tips from a person who knows the island inside out. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to Cagliari, but due to buses and taxis (or a car), the distance is no problem. The accommodation really offers everything, from a laundry room (which you definitely need after the beach days) to the smallest things (such as a hair dryer, a newly packaged nail scissor, etc.) We felt super comfortable with her and also found it particularly nice that she personally wanted to say goodbye again before we left. All in all it was a beautiful stay in Sardinia.

This was the best place we've ever booked through AirBnB. Super clean, everything you needed available, beds fine, quiet, supermarket nearby, sea walking distance, just perfect!!!

I have stayed around the world and this place is number one in terms of how well it is equipped inside. Kitchen has top appliances and wonderful equipment for cooking and eating. The living room is stunning with a big table and big TV. Bedrooms are beautifully designed and kept. This was the most comfortable bed ever. The place was super clean and the host was absolutely amazing. Overall an incredible house to stay at and enjoy the wonderful city and the beaches nearby.

Communication with Maria was immediately easy and accurate and was always very helpful, even at times not due. The house is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. It was possible to cook even several times in the presence of everything you need. It offers Wi-Fi and parking. The location is convenient to the beaches of the South and an agreement with the Municipality, giving the possibility of a discount on the parking on the beach. The value for the money is great. It was a fantastic stay and Simone's description as a superhost is great! Very kind, attentive and available to our requests . The house is as described ideal for families and very close to the sea . We had a great time.. and it's one of those places I'd be happy to go back to.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Well what to say. What a wonderful host, Michela was just perfect and so helpful. Her home we rented was just perfect. What a beautiful home and we would love to return there one day.

We are happy to have returned to Luca , the house is even more beautiful than 2 months ago , the garden is always enchanting the fantastic sea. Luca was always super kind and helpful. He made us find beautiful gifts when we arrived, the house was super clean and tidy. Thanks again Luca.
