Waterfront holiday rentals in Cagliari

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

3 min walk from wonderful Poetto beach, and a bus stop to get easily into the city centre. Well appointed apartment in a quiet street. Wanted for nothing. Tatiana and Luca really are very good at this! Probably the best.

Francesca was amazing!! She answered every question we had and gave us fantastic recommendations as well as helping us get a taxi at 5am for our early flight! 10/10

Ilaria e la sua famiglia sono stati Host squisiti Accoglienza e gestione della casa perfetti. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare le erbe aromatiche molto buone del loro giardino. Abbiamo trovato una accoglienza gradita con ogni cosa per la colazione. Casa ben fornita di ogni cosa. Un grande grazie e un vero piacere. Consigliatissimo come tutto . 👍😘❣️

Wir erholten uns großartig in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick war grandios. Alle Tipps (Restaurants, Supermärkte, lokale Speisen) von Giorgio waren der Hit. Bei mir begann der Tag mit einer Joggingrunde. Villasimius besteht aus vielen Ortsteilen, so dass man nach kurzer Zeit verschiedene Strecken zusammenstellen konnte. Dafür stellte die Waschmaschine einen praktischen Helfer dar. So waren die Klamotten wieder frisch für den nächsten Run. Wir bedanken uns bei Carola und Giorgio, die für uns den Rahmen für einen tollen ruhigen Urlaub bereitet haben, die gesäumt waren mit wahnsinnig schönen Sonnenuntergängen und einmal sogar mit Delphinen in der Bucht. Das Einzige was wir anders machen würden, wäre eine Anreise mit einem PKW. Unser Vito passte grad so in die Parkbucht.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Ich liebe Solanas schon seit meiner Kindheit. Das Haus von Andrea liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Andrea hat es uns leicht gemacht uns direkt willkommen und wohl zu fühlen. Er war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft hat uns Andrea viele Tipps für Locations und Unternehmungen geschickt. Wir danken Andrea für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. 🫶🏻

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Enricos Unterkunft. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Zum Meer waren es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Bei Fragen war Enrico leicht zu erreichen und hat umgehend geantwortet.

Casa in cui abbiamo lasciato il cuore, era come essere a casa, provvista di ogni confort, arredata con amore e dotata veramente di tutto, persino piastra x capelli phoon e tutto il necessario x la cucina olio,sale,ecc… la macchina del caffè con le cialde, e accessori x il mare ( ombrelloni per chi non lo avesse e giochi x bambini) casa vicino al centro circa 10 minuti a piedi( ma noi ci siamo sempre mossi in auto) ma lontano dal caos, parcheggio riservato all’ interno del garage comodissimo perché in giro i parcheggi sono introvabili. La casa è stupenda dotata di ben 3 bagni comodissimo sia quello nel garage che quello in camera da letto. Pulizia impeccabile. Davide e alessia che dire, persone gentilissime ci hanno accolto con calore facendoci persino trovare bibite nel frigo e dolcetti di benvenuto. Sempre disponibili Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi vuole soggiornare in questa zona. Sfido a trovare di meglio.

Boendet var perfekt för oss, en barnfamilj med två vuxna och två barn. Lungt och tyst område och nära till bra strand och bad. Vi hade även bil och kunde enkelt ta oss till Villasimius med ett stort utbud av jättefina stränder, btiker och restauranger. Vi kan defenitivt rekommendera både boendet och Michele som värd!

Wir hatten eine super Woche in der Villa Torre. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und der Garten ist ein Paradies (auch für unsere Kinder). Es gibt wunderschöne Sandstrände mit türkis-klarem Wasser in unmittelbare Nähe, sowie viele Spaziermöglichkeiten. Die Musik vom Hotel (wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben) war für uns (im Herbst) nicht störend. Es hatte ein paar Ameisen, aber auch die waren nicht störend. Jan und Raffaele waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wenns klappt, wollen wir wieder kommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniela per Capodanno. Siamo stati accolti di persona. L’host è sempre stato disponibile è molto reattivo. Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, molto curato e arredato con gusto. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa e lo consigliamo vivamente. I dintorni sono splendidi. Facile accesso alla spiaggia del Poetto. Sotto casa c’è un negozio di alimentari e diversi ristoranti.

Ottimo appartamento per familgie o coppie di amici: 3 stanze due bagni. Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio. Utile per chi vuole utilizzare Cagliari come base per poi visitare i dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Host preciso e puntuale nelle risposte.

Silvia è stata una buona Host, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare per un self check-in in tarda serata. L’ alloggio assolutamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal lungomare del Poetto.

Очень приятные хозяева. Были на связи 24/7. Поделились своим путеводителем, куда сходить / что посмотреть. Готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Отвечают в течении 5 минут. Квартира чистая, новая. Есть всё что нужно, и даже маленькая кофе машина с капсулами ))) Немного удивила сковорода когда жарили яичницу , очень долго нагревалась)) Наверное она не совсем подходит для этой плиты, но это мелочи. Думали что она не в самом центре, но расположение хорошее. Всюду ходили пешком за минут 5-20 доходили до любой части центра города. В последний день нам нужно было выехать значительно позже времени выселения, хозяева разрешили без каких либо проблем. Мы работали из квартиры, интернет был хороший. Так же плюсом было смарт телевизор.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Orazio zu 100 % wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Strand und das Meer sind direkt vor der Haustüre. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Orazio ist ein überaus freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der einem weit über das Übliche hinaus unterstützt.
