Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Darlington

Darren’s place was very well furnished, with top-class modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean. There’s a good backyard with a BBQ area, which unfortunately we couldn’t use due to the weather. Ample parking space was also a big plus. Overall, a great stay!

What a beautiful, quirky cottage. Really enjoyed our stay. Mandy was a pleasure to have as a host and accommodated our need for a later check out time. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again 😊

What a fantastic stay we had! Lee was super helpful and patient when we needed to adjust the dates of our stay not once, but twice. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well-equipped with everything we needed for self catering. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The projector in the lounge was a fabulous, fun addition (my 10 year old watched a lot of YouTube on it...) and it was great to have a regular TV in the kitchen too. Of course, the highlight for us was the hot tub and swim spa -- absolutely outstanding, lovely and warm on arrival (and again, spotlessly clean). Our kids are 12 and 10 and LOVED the swim spa pool. The hot tub is incredible, and my husband and I enjoyed that as the sun was setting (the lights around the garden fence are lovely). The variety of bubble/jet settings were great. Having Lidl, Aldi, and Iceland a 3 minute walk away was very handy, and the big Morrisons is just a few minutes' drive.

Amanda's place is lovely. Very well decorated throughout with great fixtures and fittings. Bedlinen and towels very clean and fresh. We were visiting relatives who were in the country for a few days. Never been to Darlington before. The people we met were very friendly. There's a lovely big park right by the house that's worth a visit. We really enjoyed our two nights and would stay again if in the area.

Our stay at Victoria’s place was great. The house was clean, easy to find and in a great location. As a small group of friends, it was lovely to have the space to have meals together and then spread out in the beautiful living room space. The cosy blankets, games and other items made it a real home from home. We walked down the back lane to a local pub and back and it was a great, easy walk at around 20-25 minutes each way. Local amenities such as a Spar, Tesco and other shops meant we could get everything we needed for a great weekend. Can’t recommend the house enough and we’d definitely be back!

Having stayed in a few air bnbs in Darlington recently. This was one of the nicer properties, it was nice to have parking without restrictions and the accommodation was as described.

Lauren was a lovely host and met all our needs and expectations. Nothing was too much. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

The best Airbnb in town!! Very nice and warm place that met all the specifications. And the host very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Middlesbrough.

compact and bijou is how I would describe Beverley's bolthole, spotlessly clean, everything you need if you're a couple wanting to explore the centre of Richmond. Quiet location, just a short uphill walk to the market place, pubs and restaurants, few hundred yards from the castle, would highly recommend staying here. Beverley was very friendly and even contacted us to say we could check in 3 hours early! Perfect. No parking outside but only a short walk from the green or car park next to it.

Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect spot for those wanting to explore the north east. Stokesley was a charming little market town & Bracken Cottage was right at heart of it. Excellent communication from the host, will stay again.

We were so pleased to find Darren's place was available we love this little place it's a great place to stay, we had a train to catch for a theatre trip so convinient

We gave 5 stars to Steph based on her hospitality , friendliness and all the information she gave us regarding the local area & points of interest on the continuence of our trip … the room & bath were cozy & clean…. The breakfast setting was lovely & the offering excellent…. We late arriving but we still used her kitchen and she made us tea …we would stay again and recommend her highly … h & a

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. Rosie is a great host and went over and beyond to ensure we had a magical stay. The apartment was better then we anticipated. Highly recommend!

Really lovely and relaxing space, very clean and communication was fantastic from host.

First impressions when we enter the apartment is how spotless it was. It has everything you could need but doesn’t feel overly cluttered. Plenty of plug sockets in the bedrooms & positioned just perfectly. Again the bathroom is spotless. This apartment is perfectly located to walk into town for bars & restaurants. There’s are lots of great walks along the beautiful River Swale. There’s no need to use yr car. This is the ideal accommodation for 2. Exceptionally good value. All my questions were answered near enough immediately. We had a lovely couple of days and would love to return.
