Holiday rentals with a patio in Darlington

Easy check in with so clear instructions without any need to get in touch with the host. Very clean inside and modern. The neighbourhood is not the best though.

Can’t speak highly enough about Stephen and Bev, absolutely incredible people, the place was so clean and bedding smelt amazing (need to know what washing powder they use)😁 the view is amazing very peaceful and relaxing stay will definitely be going back, thank you both ❤️

Had a lovely week and accommodation was great. Lovely views across the bay and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also new kittiwake tower has been built - very impressive and birds already nesting there.

I got switched into their new apartment in the same building called "Corner House". It seems like I was the first one to be booked in there. The apartment was lovely. The building itself is not very soundproof tho, so you can hear people walking around upstairs and on the stairwell.

Darren’s place was very well furnished, with top-class modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean. There’s a good backyard with a BBQ area, which unfortunately we couldn’t use due to the weather. Ample parking space was also a big plus. Overall, a great stay!

Fantastic stay at Andy’s home. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space and a wonderful garden. Felt like a home away from home. Host was very friendly and responsive and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Clearwater cottage. It’s a beautiful place to sit and watch the river from the window, so peaceful. The property is well furnished and has everything we needed and more. The host was there at all times to recommend local restaurants and anything else we needed. We look forward to visiting again

What a fantastic stay we had! Lee was super helpful and patient when we needed to adjust the dates of our stay not once, but twice. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well-equipped with everything we needed for self catering. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The projector in the lounge was a fabulous, fun addition (my 10 year old watched a lot of YouTube on it...) and it was great to have a regular TV in the kitchen too. Of course, the highlight for us was the hot tub and swim spa -- absolutely outstanding, lovely and warm on arrival (and again, spotlessly clean). Our kids are 12 and 10 and LOVED the swim spa pool. The hot tub is incredible, and my husband and I enjoyed that as the sun was setting (the lights around the garden fence are lovely). The variety of bubble/jet settings were great. Having Lidl, Aldi, and Iceland a 3 minute walk away was very handy, and the big Morrisons is just a few minutes' drive.

Booked this house for a work colleague and he was happy there, the house had everything he needed for his stay.

Having stayed in a few air bnbs in Darlington recently. This was one of the nicer properties, it was nice to have parking without restrictions and the accommodation was as described.

This place ticks all the boxes and more. The host was on hand always . The Accomodation is everything I’ve been looking for whilst working away. If Paul ran his own hotel chain I’d book there in a heartbeat too! Thanks for the stay I will be returning 100%

Location was fantastic. 10 minutes away from visiting family.

We gave 5 stars to Steph based on her hospitality , friendliness and all the information she gave us regarding the local area & points of interest on the continuence of our trip … the room & bath were cozy & clean…. The breakfast setting was lovely & the offering excellent…. We late arriving but we still used her kitchen and she made us tea …we would stay again and recommend her highly … h & a

Ken was a great host, the apartment was as described and it was lovely to see supplies in the kitchen if needed. Fresh milk was a lovely touch. Plenty of towels, no issues with hot water. A great find and would definitely stay again when visiting family. Lovely to look out over the marina.
