Adrian was such a friendly and approachable host. Was extremely helpful in ensuring I had breakfast outside of the breakfast time. As a lone guest he really made me feel at ease. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Sharon accommodated us very last minute & made us feel very welcome throughout our 5 day stay. The accommodation is quite small, but the location is really lovely, on the edge of the Peak District. Lots of walks and lovely pubs nearby.

Great value place for a family of five. And comfortable beds for all. Described as a room, it's more of a little apartment with two bedrooms and a living area with sofa bed. Everything we needed was there. Corinne was friendly and served us a delicious freshly prepared breakfast. Being able to arrive when we liked was a bonus too! Perfect stopover for our trip up north. Thank you.

On our first visit to the area and first use of airbnb we chose to stay at The Bulls Head Hartshorne enticed by the price, photographs and reviews. The pub was easy to find with ample parking. We were greeted by David who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay, assisting in the arrangement of taxis to and from a local gastro tapas bar. We had a fabulous lunch before returning to the pub to then have an equally fabulous evening meal. Beccy, the host, greeted us and engaged with us in a lengthy chat about mutual interests that added to the overall enjoyment of our short stay. Both she and David (who works for Beccy) provided a warm and welcoming experience so often lacking in larger B&B/guest house establishments. The room was exactly as described allowing for a restful nights sleep before a huge full English breakfast to set us up for our journey home. We will definitely be returning.

Marie and Tim are very nice people great hosts very kind and helpful Marie gave us good recommendations the quest house was lovely we felt right at home we had a wonderful Easter few days exploring Buxton, Bakewell and other places I really recommend staying at this guest house we will definitely stay again in the future xxxx

The accommodation is set in a lovely, peaceful village. The accommodation itself had everything we needed. Many walks are nearby, within a reasonable driving distance. It was also extremely helpful having access to the garden for the dog. Would stay again.

Right on the edge of Hope with great view of Mam Tor and Peveril Castle.

My sister and I loved this place, the views are spectacular, the house was beautifully clean, well set up with all the amenities you would need and there was plenty of parking. We managed an amazing circular walk from the house without having to get in the car and even included a pub lunch-perfect!

Would give this place 6 stars if I could, might be one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at, the Airbnb was beautiful and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be returning as I couldn’t get enough of the place. Elizabeth was a responsive and friendly host who was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell that Elizabeth takes great pride in her Airbnb and it is reflected in the exceptional standard of the place. I couldn’t speak more highly of the host and the Airbnb if I tried.

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

Had such a lovely, peaceful stay at James' little garden studio. It is exactly as described and the sofa bed was very comfortable (for one, not sure about 2 people). I didn't have a car and the place was still easy to get to, even over the bank holiday weekend. Bus route is a short walk away and the supermarket 20 mins by foot. Would absolutely stay again! Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful, scenic location. Donna is an excellent host and was incredibly helpful! On arrival at the cottage there’s nothing she hasn’t got covered and is only a message away if there’s anything you need! We will definitely be back and hopefully for longer next time! This space was exactly what we were after for a long weekend in the Peak District. The place was beautifully decorated, had every amenity we needed in the kitchen and bathroom (including jams, honey, oats), and Justin provided us with the most thorough and detailed welcome pack we'd seen. Also, SO grateful for blackout curtains and LOVED the hammock and swinging chair to relax in the sun at the end of the day. Thanks so much Justin, would definitely recommend 😊

Beautifully presented cottage with a lovely garden with great views. Cottage was spotless and really nicely decorated. Well equipped. We were a group of 4 friends and a baby so having 3 bathrooms was a real treat. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy to get to all the local attractions.

The cottage is fabulous, it was everything we had hoped for and more. All the mod cons, absolutely spotless and the private garden was lovely to have breakfast and relax in. Karen has obviously put so much thought into exactly what you would need for a self catering relaxing break away from the pressure’s of normal life at home. The scenery is beautiful and we were lucky enough to have a lovely clear sunny day to take in the surroundings. The Japanese maple whirlpool adds that special touch to the stay, lots of lovely hot water, bubbles & salts . I could not recommend this cottage enough, Karen is friendly and accommodating, her hard work and dedication shines through in the little extra things she includes. Once you have stayed here you will definitely come back, excellent for treating your other half to a quiet break .

We really enjoyed our stay in the Coach House. The property was just as advertised and the gardens and surrounding scenery was beautiful. Jennifer was a great host, really receptive to messages and gave clear and straight forward directions as we were arriving quite late on our first night. The welcome gifts of local produce were really thoughtful and much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs while we were there and the space was open and fresh whilst still feeling cosy. The property had everything we needed, we’d be happy to stay again in the future ☺️

The cottage is set in a lovely location with great views from the private outdoor seating area. The cottage itself is clean and homely, with a gorgeously comfortable bed and clean en-suite bathroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We made use of the jigsaw puzzles provided and enjoyed being able to walk some of the beautiful trails without having to get into the car. The parking area is a generous size too.
