We completely agree and echo all of the reviews, a fabulous weekend in faultless accommodation and in an idyllic location. A perfect garden for our dog Archie, and for breakfast with the sheep opposite! Highly recommend the Stable, and thank you Sally.

Spacious accommodation with nice views. We were given clear instructions and met on arrival. The fireplace Waa an added bonus. Not far from the Spa Valley railway and other attractions. Recommend for a weekend away or even a longer stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at Joe's hut. The kitchen area was well equipped, breakfast provisions very generous and set us up for all the great walks accessible right out the back gate! As it states in the listing, you can hear the road noise outside the hut but inside it was well shut out and didn't disturb us. We would recommend and return :)

Jenny & Lisa both responded really quickly to messages and proactively sent really useful extra info on how to get there so we arrived stress free! Lovely barn conversion in beautiful countryside. Very clean & tidy throughout & as described. Perfect base for us to explore nearby attractions. Excellent local & wider recommendations in the info book with OS Map for walks if needed. Already recommended ‘The Old Barn’ to a friend! Thank you 😊

We had the most wonderful last minute stay. Sue went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfect garden for our dog as well. Would recommend.

This get away for me & my best friend was amazing due to the beautiful location we chose. Honestly worth every penny & second that was spent here & I would do it all over again! Lovely place honestly & very well equipped with dishes & glasses & all sorts.

It’s not often that you find exactly what your looking for, but this time we were lucky. Vivienne made our stay absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, lovely countryside and above all she cares….. about her guests, the environment and that you just have the most relaxing time. The stable was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and made us and our dogs very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat, just perfect THANKYOU!

We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

My 5 year old daughter and I spent a night here and it was absolutely blissful. She woke up and immediately wanted to see the lambs and spend time with a dog wandering around. We will be back as both she and I enjoyed it so much. Charlotte was so kind and even gave me some toothpaste I'd forgotten. Book if you can!

Absolutely perfect. It was the retreat I needed to feel refreshed. Gorgeous place, easy parking, privacy, endless views for a tea in the morning outside, the log fire was a stand out for a cosy evening. It had everything you’d need and Ella was so lovely to communicate with. I even got a hello from the resident doggo! If I HAD to find one thing to say, it would be the cows next door can be a bit loud in the morning. But I will absolutely be back!

Very quiet and comfortable house. Plenty of room and everything we needed. It suits us to be away from shops and busy roads but everything was still only a short drive away. If you like tramping across fields and visiting Sussex pubs, this is the spot. Thank you Pam for your homemade jam and the Christmas tree was much appreciated.

Top quality, spotlessly clean accommodation. Nice and stylishly decorated with every comfort, including high speed internet and underfloor heating.

Me and my wife stayed here for our mini moon. It was the perfect place to relax after our wedding. The property was easy to find and the check in process was easy. The estate is beautiful with lots of walking routes around. The orangery where we stayed was very spacious and clean and had a lovely terrace overlooking the pond that you can sit at in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was very comfy and the glass roof was very cool. On a clear night you can see the stars above you. The pool and games room is really close by which is great if it’s a bit chilly. The pool itself is amazing and very clean. Very happy with everything and great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The barn was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning, so peaceful and calm! Susan was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely magical! Myself, Vicki, and our cockapoo Roly had the most incredible 4-day stay at Toby and Kate’s beautiful pool shed in Kent. This is our third time there! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is stunning, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special again. The pool shed really is a hidden gem — beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and surrounded by the most tranquil countryside. The pool itself was a total dream, and Roly had the best time exploring the garden and surrounding land (and occasionally stealing the spotlight himself!). Toby and Kate are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips. They’ve truly created something magical here — a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of luxury. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return! Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you for everything Toby and Kate. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindest regards xxx

A really beautiful and such a peaceful setting. Nicole was so welcoming. The cottage was exceptional, but it was all those special extras that made it stand head and shoulders over other Airbnbs. We arrived to a wonderful hamper, with a homemade cake, there was bread, butter, biscuits, fruit juice, eggs from Nicole’s chickens. Lovely bunch of roses in a vase, gave our whole experience that bit of extra love Everywhere was spotless. The television was a good size, with plenty of channels. Also, there were plenty of plug sockets. For me personally, the horses and dogs were a huge bonus for me. We’ll be back 😉

We had such a brilliant stay. Chris and Erick are lovely hosts and are there to help but leave you to very much enjoy your stay. The flat was gorgeous and really had everything we needed, it was spotless and very warm and cosy, the view is amazing too. The leisure facilities were incredible, hands down the best we’ve ever had in the UK (and we’ve stayed in lots or air bnbs). The pool is just perfect and gym, hot tub and steam room were wonderful too. The local area is great, loads to do, plus you’re in a country park so you can literally go on gorgeous walks right out of the front door.

Lovely accommodation. Nice and light and spacious. Trendy kitchen quirky decor. Bathroom lovely. Nice having lots of books. Little touches like milk and orange juice in fridge and lots of toileterries makes a difference. Great location for us for walks and cycling. Beautiful surroundings. Tony was friendly and made us feel welcome. Any queries were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage is clean and very comfortable, full of character, and the garden was a massive bonus - much larger than I was expecting. Ann & Bob were wonderful hosts, interested, friendly and very helpful in recommending places to visit, as well as being incredibly kind and warm to our young children. It felt more like visiting family than a standard air bnb ❤️ Great location for visiting all sorts of places - forest, beach, farm, river, castles & historical buildings all easily reachable.

We loved staying at Rosie’s cottage. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to walk to the beach each day and coming home to the peace and quiet of the cottage and garden was ideal. The cottage lay-out is good and there is plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax and have our own areas to unwind. We’ll be back I hope!

This is a lovely place to stay. The cabin is clean, well equipped and spacious. We all enjoyed relaxing by the wood fire. Communication with Sarissa and check-in was straightforward. We appreciated the folder full of information about the local area and things to do/places to eat.

We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

What an amazing stay start to finish. America met us at the gate and showed us around. The accommodation is beautiful. Lora the dog was a lovely welcome guest. Wine tour and tasting was great. America and Nicks passion for what they do is so evident and their wine is delicious. Can’t complain about anything.
