Holiday rentals with a kayak in East Sussex

Lovely area, great for walks and a short drive to Hastings. Had fun with the boys making fires for the Hot Tub and indoor fire. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect BnB for what we needed for the night. Richard was very communicative and very friendly when we arrived. It was incredibly clean, spacious and really really homely. The added touch of provided breakfast and some drinks was a real bonus and a flexible checkout was incredibly appreciated. It’s a little out from Brighton centre but Ubers and Taxis are only around £7-£12 for a single trip. We couldn’t recommend this amazing BnB more, it really was a home from home.

We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault anything. The welcome was very friendly and the setting was stunning with the most amazing sea view. Great accommodation and we enjoyed talking to John about his sculpture and the history of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable. It was a great base to explore a fascinating part of the English coastline. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend wholeheartedly. We will definitely revisit.

We stayed at Sarah’s place for over a week and had the best time! The house is very atmospheric and artistic, with lots of interesting details. The living room and kitchen are super spacious and comfortable for a family to hang out and cook in. The gardens are stunning and we were lucky to have lots of sun to enjoy them in! There are lovely walks to the pub or the local village straight from the house which we did a lot. Sarah was a delightful and caring host, and wanted to make sure we were happy during our stay (she lives next door). The location is brilliant, so much to see and do around, we’ll be back for sure. I had such a wonderful experience staying here this past weekend! The place was incredibly peaceful and absolutely beautiful, it felt like the perfect escape. Jo was an amazing host, so kind and accommodating. She even graciously allowed my family to host my Baby Shower there, which made the stay even more special. Everything was just perfect, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at Little Hawthorn Cottage, we couldn’t recommend it enough. There was sheep and lambs in the fields and it felt truly peaceful and private. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, we used the kitchen and we’re very happy with the coffee making equipment. We really enjoyed the location, visiting Middle Farm was a local highlight.

Victoria was a wonderful host from the moment I booked until our departure. The caravan was cozy, clean, and precisely as pictured. The park was conveniently located near the beach, and the entertainment and food were excellent. A perfect 10 out of 10. I would certainly return in the future.

We had a great stay at the house, it’s an amazing location (very central but also very peaceful)! The beds were super comfortable and cosy and the house has so much character, it’s like stepping back in time. Susie was very responsive and helpful at all stages and really made us feel welcome. The fire is amazing on a cold day and the garden is a lovely sun trap on a warm day!
