Perfect for a solo traveller who wants something better than a hostel. Ruth quickly shows you around the house and then you can go to your private room if you want to - or stay and chat with Ruth, and she'll give you tips of the surrounding area - such a lovely irish lady. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Sheila’s was simply perfect! The semi detached is clean and comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped, and the location is ideal for exploring the region. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes' walk from Loughrea town center. Regarding the kitchen, we were impressed by how well-equipped it was. Since we enjoy cooking, having access to such utensils, appliances, and a well-stocked pantry/fridge was just great! It made preparing meals not only easy but a fun part of my trip. Communication with Sheila is exemplary. Sheila was quick to respond to any questions we had. Considering the possibility of a strike or lockout by our airline company (Air Canada), we decided to shorten our trip to Ireland by 2 days. Sheila was very understanding and offered to reimburse us for the last days of our accommodation before we even asked. We are very grateful! Many thanks to her!

A lovely home, spotless and cosy. A very well equiped kitchen and everything you could think of provided. We were greeted and welcomed by the very friendly bubbly host and made feel very welcome with yummy scones and some basics provided like milk, yogurt and fruit. Dinner was delicious and great value. We had a lovely time and hope to be back again.

We stayed for one night as a family of five, traveling from Galway on our way to Connemara. Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome, shared helpful tips about the region, and provided a lovely breakfast the next morning. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stopover. Would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful accommodation in such a fantastic location. This house has so much character and stylish charm. Blàthnaid was such a brilliant warm host, truly wonderful and had made the house and our trip so comfortable. A real great find along Dublin’s beautiful coast. So much to do in a close proximity. This trip was just perfect, a day in the city then a day spent by the sea. You’ll get the best of both in this location. This area and house was the perfect fit for our weekend in Dublin.

Good value for money. Nice little place and had helpful utensils/ snacks left for us to use. Perfect if you have a car to get about places.

I would definitely recommend Gina’s place to anyone coming to Cork. It’s nice, quiet, and in a beautiful area. It’s just a short taxi ride to attractions like Blarney Castle and the Cork City Gaol. The bed was very comfortable and she provided snacks like cereal, fruit, and bread.

Helen is phenomenal. Always offering suggestions for places to go and a useful Dublin Guide…very responsive and a wonderful host. The space is actually much nicer than the pictures…it’s a bright, very well-maintained, and luxurious apartment in a perfectly central area of Dublin with easy access to everything. It was extremely clean, beds were comfy, even the pullout couch was comfy and had plenty of linens. And Helen opened the place early for us to accommodate our arrival. All around wonderful experience!

Great apartment in the centre of adare. We attended a wedding in the dunraven and it was approx 5 minute walk. Very conveniently located near cafes, shops etc. would recommend to anyone who wants to explore adare

We had an amazing stay at Gerard's home. Gerard is a very humble and caring individual. The room is super comfortable which was well needed after a long drive. The location is really beautiful too. overlooking the lake. Very peaceful area. We made friends with Gerard's friendly cat and met some of his cute lambs and sheep. highly recommended by us. We will definitely return to Gerard soon. This was an Easter weekend we will always remember.

Dympna house it’s a very beautiful house ,close to shops and restaurants,everything you need it’s just 1 min away .Thank you Dympna we have such a good time in Sligo and in your house.

Margaret and Eamon went completely above and beyond anyone's wildest expectations - from a tea / coffee greeting to an absolutely delicious breakfast and a bed that is incredibly comfortable. Even getting up extra early to say goodbye and feed me again! - couldn't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. Not only amazing, with typical Irish landscape, but the room is beautiful, with a lot of space. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is wide. Juliann is the sweetest, talked to us and gave us tips. Amazing breakfast. Felt at home, wanted to stay more. Easy to reach if you are by car. Totally recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Ursula's place. It had convenient parking, and was close to both the beach and the cliff walk. The accommodation was clean.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast room is real jewel. Doreen Is very welcoming and kind.

Mary was an amazing host and assisted us with great suggestions for the area and helped by booking us an excursion. Breakfast was amazing each day . Location was very easy walk into town for dinner or shopping . The national park entrance is literally at her doorstep. Will be back again!!
