1 Pitch Aille River Tourist Hostel Campsite Doolin

AndelaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We spent two nights in the campsite of this hostel. It was a very quiet place. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Showers, toilets, and the kitchen were really clean and nice. The whole area is very well maintained. The campsite is in a great location, a short walking distance to the pubs/restaurants. A really nice stay.

A Bell tent you bring the rest

SophieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We stayed in one of the Bell tents on (very) short notice and Matt was very helpful and friendly. The tent was bigger than we expected and absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was perfect for our short stay. Matt was also very helpful giving us a recommendation for the Fastnet Bar for food. After seeing the full location I would absolutely recommend to everyone and would definitely return to stay in one of the GeoDomes or EcoCabins!

Goleen Harbour Cape Bell Tent by the sea.

CécileRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A dream location, at the edge of the water, in the middle of nature for this small eco-friendly campsite. The change of scenery is total. The atmosphere is very friendly and simple, thanks in particular to the facilities (large common room, outdoor kitchen... ) and amenities (dishes, stoves, cutlery...). The children are in paradise and the accommodations on offer are varied to suit every need. The village of Goleen is ready and offers different services (convenience store, cafe, pub, beer garden, tourist office...)

I stayed a weekend at the Doolin and met storm Ashley right into it. The staffs were very supportive and kind to help staying in Doolin and we could experience adventurous and wonderful nature of wild atlantic way. Facilities including kitchen, toilet, shower, laundry were great too. The glamping tents are artistic and cozy. Great place to experience great nature of Doolin.

An Dreoilín Rural Safari Tent Connemara Glamping

SalvadorRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The welcome by Janet and Michael was perfect. The sweets they prepared for us as a welcome were delicious. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable, large and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and very spacious. It's the biggest and most luxurious tent I've been in. Also, the first night, despite heavy rain and wind, we slept great. It was a fantastic experience!

Great stay with the moth trap once again! Weather was wet and windy. Derry kindly let me stay in one of the cottages. It was super cosy, clean and tidy. Will have to book a stay with partner and dogs in the cottage in the future. Derry is an awesome host.

Hazelnut Yurt, private hot tub @ Killaha Holidays!

AlanRating, 5 stars7 months ago
What a great place to spend a couple of days - Sam was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone should try the experience of a hot tub under leafy trees at twilight at keast once. The yurt was basic but cosy and comfortable and the setting alongside the shore in beautiful mature Irish woodland beside a cascading stream is unique. If you don't care for the trappings of luxury (other than a wood fired hot tub) this place is not to be missed.

luxurious Private Glamping Getaway

SaranshRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at this forest glamping retreat was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Donal made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and genuine care. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an enriching experience — from guiding us through immersive forest activities to sharing stories that brought the landscape to life. The setting was serene and beautifully integrated with nature, offering both comfort and adventure. Whether it was the peaceful mornings surrounded by birdsong or the evening fireside chats under the stars, every moment felt intentional and rejuvenating. Donal’s passion for the outdoors truly shines through, and it made our stay incredibly special. If you're looking for a unique, grounding, and soul-nourishing escape — this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Camping Connemara Nationalpark

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I booked a spot for the campsite in first place and changed to the hostel last minute because of poor weather. Stephen and Silvana were fantastic hosts and very helpful. The hostel is very cosy and has a very unique atmosphere. Every room has a different theme. All rooms and the bathroom were spotless clean, the kitchen was well stocked for preparing own food and the living room had a cosy fireplace. The breakfast was exceptionally good for a hostel (homemade bread and porridge) and the location right next to the national park entrance is ideal for exploring the area. I will definitely come back again!

Glór na d'Tonnta Glamping in County Sligo

KandraRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Lovely, unique stay in a cozy bell tent. We stayed warm even though it was chilly outside. Took a stroll on the Atlantic Ocean and watched the cows graze. Drove into Enniscrone for dinner. We only had one night, but glad we got there near check in to enjoy it.

Goleen Harbour Star Bell Tent

Unmatched location for natural beauty. Our first night was a bit rainy, but the tent kept us cozy. Next day was stunning weather, perfect for exploring the beautiful area. Close to beaches and attractions, and walkable to a lovely little town with nice places to eat.

Glór na d'Tonnta Glamping *Tent No.2*

LoganRating, 5 stars7 months ago
All in all this was a good stay for the night. Location wise you couldn’t get any better. We were right by the ocean and the waves were amazing. As there are two tents on the property, if there is another group, it is a shared bathroom and other facilities. For us that was fine, and everything worked out well. I would recommend this stay as it was a nice break from the city and very peaceful.
