Super stay! I recommend for sure. Heather’s description of “funky” is spot on. There’s a flight and a half of stairs between the sidewalk and the apartment door (then the 2 floor apartment), and the furniture layout is a bit “funky,” but I found it doable. Heather was always lightening fast to respond, even for simple questions. I really liked the smart TV, ample parking, and space heater! Reliable WiFi for working. Would stay again in KC or with Heather.

Great location. Close to restaurants and the park for walking. Had its own assigned parking which was a plus. We had an issue at check in and Brian was quick to provide a solution. He was responsive to all communication. Great place to stay while in KC for a short stay for education. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Eden and Tanya were quick to respond. The checkin process was easy and seamless. The unit conditions matched the descriptions. They provided the starter pack (ie. toilet paper, towels, trash bags, dish soap.etc), which was enough to last a month. Then you had to be responsible to restock. One time I forgot my key fob, Eden and Tanya were very accommodating and came to my rescue allowing me to borrow their spare key. Overall, communication was great. The neighborhood was safe and had plenty of parking by the right side of the building. Here are some areas of improvement: - The building is a historical building located in the downtown KC. It is a 4 story building, which I can be cumbersome to those who prefer using elevator. It is not handicapped friendly. - The HVAC system is okay but it can be a challenge in the winter because it randomly makes creaky noises due to the parts being old. Highly recommend a replacement. - The unit has no dishwasher which can be also improved.

10/10 , Friendly host with good communication... we came from florida to go watch the chiefs it was a great location all around.. place was clean,cute and just enough for what we needed for our short stay...if we are back in kansas for another game, we will definitely see if this is available!
