Monthly Rentals in Kemptown

Absolutely loved our stay at Vikki’s place in Brighton. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to the seafront, shops, and great cafés. Vikki was a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and clearly cares about her guests’ experience. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

Had a lovely stay here for the Brighton Marathon Weekend. The place was extremely close to all of the main attractions, the coast, and had a few little shops within a 5 minute walk. Didn’t have to use my car once whilst we were there. The hosts were extremely responsive, and the place was immaculate. Only issue was tackling the stairs after completing the marathon! 😆😆 Would love to stay here again. Thanks again both.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Amber's apartment is lovely, clean and airy. Great location in Kemptown - lots of great restaurants and pubs nearby. I would recommend Amber's place to friends and I would book it again.
