Monthly Rentals in Mexico

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment, we loved the location, it has an Oxxo at par, a place of delicious hamburgers and hotdogs also at par, in front of you can find rich Mexican food and during the night you can also find delicious traditional Mexican tacos by the street, in addition to the Oxxo there is a very accessible beverage shop. The place is quite safe, clean and very comfortable to go through. I recommend it and would definitely come back!

Very comfortable accommodation and accessible to many things: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and other things. A very quiet area, maybe a little noisy because it is on a busy avenue. But everything else is very good place and the hosts are pending if we were missing something. Very attentive, I would go back to this place.

Everything was great, Mr. Tomas is always very attentive and accessible, the place was impeccable upon arrival, a beautiful garden and if you like pets he has some very nice and friendly dogs, and a cat that greets you on the stairs when he sees you, everything was very good, thank you

We had a pleasant stay in Federico's accommodation. The residence is very nice (swimming pools, gym). However, to get to the center of Tulum, you have to go through local streets. No problems for us but we will not spend the night there.
