Monthly Rentals in Seoul

Has everything you need for a longer stay or a short one, very comfortable and fairly convenient. The host is very proactive and everything was clear and simple. Near to transportation too! I just slept there but with a desk and cooktop if you are staying for a longer time and want to cook or need to do work you can do so easily and comfortably or go to one of the many nearby study cafes.

For the price it was very good. Nice and close to public transport, well equiped and was very comfy.

I liked everything: great location, proximity to the metro, excellent transport accessibility; within walking distance of mountains and beautiful places for walking; many restaurants and cafes, coffee shops, shops. The property is fully consistent with the description and photos, with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Recommended for your stay.

I was stayed at this Airbnb for a month and really loved it! Check in was easy and smooth— Min met me at the apartment and helped me carry my two heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. (When it was time for check out Min contacted me to ask if I needed any help with my suitcases again, which I thought was really kind). The apartment is in a great location. Hongdae is in walking distance but the apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet residential area. The apartment was clean and it was a lot of fun to experience staying in a roof top apartment. I would love to return to this apartment when I come back to Seoul and I would definitely recommend it to others!
