Beautiful stay over the easter weekend. Lovely lodge immaculate condition. Smart decor and everything we needed was there. The lake view was stunning and perfect for our dog to come with us aswell. So peaceful and relaxing, thankyou for an amazing stay will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Peaceful location, both private and close to cafes and attractions. I love the minimalist but warm style, many details, great selection of books and games. Took a lot of ideas for my own home. Madeline is fantastic host - responsive and respecting guests privacy. All the best to you, Madeline!

Joanna place was simply stunning. clean, beautifully decorated and in an absolutely incredible setting.. Being right on the river was perfect. The surrounding area was beautiful too, lots of places to walk and explore with great local pubs for food and drink. Ideal location for wookey hole abd cheddar gorge. Joanna was extremely friendly and lovely to speak to, very responsive etc. would 100% recommend this place and we cant wait to come back again in July.

If I could give 6* I would. This apartment is perfectly located for Wookey Hole, Wells, Glastonbury and Street...with a gorgeous pub...the Ring O Bells... just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is perfect. It contains everything you need, and is very cosy and comfortable. The outdoor river bank area is just gorgeous - so relaxing to sit with a cup of tea ot glass of wine. Would recommend Joanna as a host and this apartment...it is a gem!

A lovely 14th century cottage in a really special, convenient location, with great views of the sea and harbour. The housekeeper Carol was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Handy location, just a short drive to Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury etc. Joanna was really friendly and welcoming on arrival. some lovely local pubs, very friendly with good food.

We just spent the most happy, fantastic weekend at Stuart’s beautiful house. A group of friends celebrating a birthday, the house had absolutely everything we needed, comfortable beds, brilliant well stocked kitchen and so many en suite bathrooms! We couldn’t get over the view, loved spending time under the magnificent magnolias in the garden and had a great walk and pub lunch at the Ship Inn at the Weir. Just a beautiful, sunny weekend in a gorgeous house in a perfect setting.

It’s a lovely large house, with incredible views. Great kitchen to cook from home, lots of space and big bedrooms. Great place, definitely recommend!

Spacious, stylish apartment, full of character reflecting its history. Entry into the courtyard and from the courtyard into the apartment felt very secure. Rather steep uneven wooden stairs might be a challenge to those with mobility issues but not a problem for us. Substantial welcome pack and well stocked kitchen cupboards. Friendly hosts with interesting conversation about the history of the buildings.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely building, which was cosy and restful. The space worked v well for us, with 5 kids ages 12-17 in tow, with the bedrooms/ en suites meaning we all had space to relax and enjoy time spent inside as well as exploring the local area. Jo was responsive and friendly.

Primrose cottage is something of a fairytale! We’ll remember our time at Primrose and in the Exmoor region forever. The cottage itself has a luxurious yet cosy feel, and the surrounding woods and stream are breathtaking. We enjoyed the proximity of the Rockford Inn across the stream for a beer, and enjoyed several excellent meals at the nearby Staghunters Inn. Getting in and out of the cottage (across the bridge) with luggage could be an issue for some people with accessibility issues, there are also rather steep stairs in the cottage to access the bedrooms - but we were all fine (ages 65, 66, 26, 29). This trip will go down in the history books for us as one most special, and the beautiful accommodations of Primrose Cottage surely contributed.

We had a gorgeous stay! The place itself is stunning and the furnishings extremely tasteful and comfortable. I would happily go back. Very much an elegant home from home!

Spent the week here with our whole family. We had a fabulous time, the house is perfect, we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Fiona recommended places to go/things to do with the children and was very helpful with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend!

Nicola's place is in a gorgeous spot, You can walk along the river to the local pub which does good food. Its really Quiet and serene. The cottage is look after which such care. Lovely place.

We had a lovely last minute stay here. Location was perfect for the beach and close to Weston and Brean. The accommodation was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Lovely decor and a perfect sea view! I would suggest asking for extra crockery if 6 of you staying as there was only a set of 4 which was a little disappointing but otherwise it was a brilliant place.

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We lucked out finding this apartment when looking for a mini-break. The location is excellent, with beautiful views overlooking fields, the sea, and the steam railway line. The accommodation was exactly as described and just as good as the pictures. It was warm, cosy, with a a lovely big bed, sofa, chairs, and a well appointed kitchen. The bathroom was well decorated and had a lovely walk-in shower. Lisa provided some added extras like the bread, butter, jam, milk, orange juice and a couple of lovely surprises, which were very welcome. We’d highly recommend it!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the charm of „sandbank“ and burnham on sea. Absolutely recommended to everyone searching wild romantic nature, lovely village sides and perfect fish&chips!

What a great find! Easy short walking distance to all the local amenities and close to the beach, even better that we had a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment. The apartment was fresh and clean, beds where very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was modern and clean with a nice shower. The whole apartment had everything we needed to make it a comfortable home from home stay. Ruth and Byran where very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience so easy. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone 😊

Have travelled to Burnham for many years to see family. This is quite simply the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Apartment is excellent quality and very well appointed. Does not have a sea view, but is located on the sea front. Would not hesitate in rebooking this property.

Great place to stay, absolutely immaculate and clearly very new still. We stayed on of the apartments with a sea view and it was just great, especially looking right up the sea front. Recommend using this end of the beach rather than the other side.

We, as a young family of 5 have just returned from a really enjoyable stay at Pauls place. Location was spot on, the accommodation was very clean, and modern, with plenty of strorage for our belongings. The kids loved the games and books avaliable for them to use, and we had everything we needed to make it home from home. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would love to visit again
