Beach house holiday rentals in Rome

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Perfect stay in this apartment located near Rome airport! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, it was exactly what we expected. The host was very available, accommodating and even booked a taxi for our departure, which was very appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation!

The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in any season. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Martina was very kind, friendly, always responsive, helpful in any way she could. The place is nice, clean, very close to the beach.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Giuseppe was very quick to respond, gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and was overall great at keeping in touch. Our flight got rescheduled for early in the morning and the host arranged a lift for us to the airport that was more affordable that normal airport taxis. Highly recommended.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful place, location far away from bus whereabouts, we felt right at home

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The location is perfect. right on the beach and directly across from a fantastic restaurant. a local grocery store is only a Km walk down the road and they have everything you could need. The Airbnb is actually set up for travelers. it's not just someone renting out a place to make money. they take the time to make sure you are set up to have a fantastic experience. my children walked in hungry from our 8 hour flight, to several snacks with bread, butter and jam. I cannot recommend this enough. We plan on staying here every time we fly into Rome and it is available.

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Luigi’s place after 10 days of moving all around Italy. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Luigi was so friendly and helpful and assisted with arranging taxi transport to the airport for our party. The house was modern and charming and had many features appreciated by us including adapters for our electronic devices. We had a great lunch by the beach and ordered pizza for delivery.

The house is very large and complete with everything. Perfect for hosting two families, as everyone has their own sleeping area at their disposal. The host was kind and attentive to our needs.

I stayed 4 days at Veronica’s place and it felt just like home. It’s 10min away from the Fiumicino airport by bus and the bus station is very close-by. There are great seafood restaurants nearby the place, at a walkable distance. I also thought the place was clean and had a nice layout. I highly recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

We were very pleased with this place. All very clean and pretty. Clara is very friendly and welcoming . She helped us resolve all the questions we had and gave us clear instructions. Our family is very grateful to Clara. We recommend this property!!!!
