Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rome

The host is very kind and explains in detail how to use the accommodation. It's a wonderful place to stay in nature. Parking was also convenient. ^ ^

Nice, comfortable house for a family. The public transit to Trastevere was frequent and easy. We enjoyed our visit!

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great location and so reasonably price P went above and beyond and even went and bought us groceries as we arrived late at night so we could have dinner for ourselves great apartment

Spent two nights here as part of a larger Italy vacation. The location is perfect. About 30 minutes walking to Vatican City and 30 minutes the opposite direction to the Colosseum. A lot of the other touristy things are even closer—Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. The apartment is right across the street from some restaurants, bars, etc. The place itself is lovely—spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Great place and location, and responsive host!

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

Francesca's apartment was as advertised, clean and well stocked with everything we needed They also let us know about recommended restaurants, pharmacies, etc., and they are very kind. Personally, if there was a washing machine, it was 100 points, but it was very good to pull it out. The location was right behind the Augustus Forum, and I was able to soak up the history. I had to call a taxi to get to Termini station from the apartment By the way, the taxi didn't have a meter and it was 18€ The bus from Termini Station to Fiumicino also went up to 9€

The place at Ladi's in Trastevere was just perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location couldn't be better – right in the middle of charming Trastevere, but still quiet. The absolute highlight is the beautiful courtyard, a small green oasis in the middle of the city. Ladi himself was also particularly great: he welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made a small tour of the neighborhood – with lots of personal tips on his favorite shops and restaurants. That was super helpful and totally nice! Absolutely recommend – we would come back any time.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

Simona's house is a haven of peace. Beauty, disconcerting tranquility. It's good to live there. Located in the heights of VELLETRI , you will have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains around. We loved this stay, we loved Italy. You need to do it again. Simona is very friendly, and responds to the slightest request. We give them a 10/10 rating.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful and well-kept villa wedged in a wonderful green corner in Anguillara Sabazia near Lake Bracciano. The first thing that is truly noteworthy is that the place showed up in front of us perfectly as indicated in the photos almost that we had the impression that we had already been there. The house is more than comfortable and cozy in every way, from the kitchen to the sleeping area ending with the amenities. Tastefully furnished, with the presence of national and international objects, also of a musical type that instills a pleasant sense of life lived and appreciated. My family and I had a great time and this was an element that has contributed a lot to the unforgettable success of our Easter weekend!!! If we come back here, we'll definitely consider it.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous.
