Holiday rentals with a balcony in Rome

Francesco was very responsive during our interactions. He made himself available to give us the keys and explain everything to us despite the delay of our plane. He's been great tips in Rome. The apartment is very well located and pleasant. A little noisy at night on weekends but very comfortable. Ideal for a discovery stay in Rome in the friendly Trastevere district.

This was our families first time to Rome (kids 14, 12, and 9) we loved this spot because it was quiet and beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the balconies were so wonderful! Simone was very responsive. We highly recommend this spot, about a 15-20 minute walk to all the tourist spots but a lovely walk indeed. Very close to the metro. Simone also recommended local restaurants that we highly enjoyed!

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly, and the communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process. They were super responsive, always available to answer any questions. The location is perfect for discovering the authentic side of Rome while still being close to all the main sights. The neighborhood is charming, vibrant, and full of character. Plus, it's just a 15-minute walk to the Vatican, which made exploring so convenient! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Rome experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent flat in a phenomenal location, right in the heart of Trastevere!

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a really convenient but quiet location. Easy to walk to the flower market and all major sights within 15-20 minutes walk. Nadia and Renato were very welcoming and helpful in organising airport transfers on arrival and departure. Would love to return soon. Highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment in a safe neighborhood. We didn’t rent a car and walked everywhere. Lots of great restaurant recommendations and cafes! When in Rome again, I wouldn’t hesitate renting this unit again. You will not be disappointed!

Really nice apartment , bigger than it looks in the pictures . Really good sized lounge, bedrooms and main bathroom. Very clean and well presented with local restaurants listed . The location is excellent - 30 mins walk from Vatican / Colisseum . Very close to Piazza Novona, Pantheon and more restaurants than I can list . Plenty of choice for eating out, and a handy wine bar within 2 minutes.

Great location, apartment is as described.

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Made us check in a few hours early after communicating with the host and was very friendly!Nearby transportation and shopping are also very convenient, there is a pam supermarket a few minutes walk, there is a conad supermarket in 10 minutes, and the bus stop is just a few minutes away.The only bad thing was that there was no dish detergent in the house, laundry detergent, hand soap, and these commodities needed to be purchased themselves.Another small regret is that there is a table in the bedroom, but the result is not.But overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Everything is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The place is a great value for money, a great spotlight in Rome, very well connected to the city center (we almost walked all the distances) very clean and comfortable. There are nice coffee places, a top rated Gelateria and a couple of tasty food restaurants in the area as well.

Beautiful apartment in a typical bourgeois area of Rome, surrounded by tourist attractions within walking distance. Very spacious and comfortable, it is well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay of a family of 4 people. Great restaurants, at all budgets, on the surrounding street - the fact that they are frequented by government officials that work in the neighborhood is a gesture. Thank you so much.

Had a phenomenal stay at Fabio’s place. He was great with communication and very flexible and understanding about check in. The apartment was exactly as described. The views from the two balconies were stunning. The location is extremely central, easy to walk everywhere, and the bed was especially comfortable. Would stay again!

Roberta’s condo was a wonderful, calming space for our family of four! It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Close to the colosseum and so quiet at night. Roberta met us at checkin and gave recommendations for restaurants close by - each was a delicious as she described! We AirBnB frequently and this is one of our top 2 in Europe! We had a great stay here! The apartment was great for me, my husband and our baby. Noelle provided a pack and play, which was so helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Noelle and co. were super responsive, and even let us check in early and check out an hour late. The apartment is very modern (looks just like the pictures) and in a fantastic neighborhood. We hardly ever left Monti - it had everything we needed! Best of all, despite being in a neighborhood with lots to do, the apartment itself was very quiet. A few small things to note. The elevator is tiny. We couldn't fit our stroller in it without folding it up. But, having said that, finding an apartment building in Rome with an elevator is rare. So we were just happy to have anything. Also, the washing machine is tiny, so don't plan on doing laundry for the whole family. It was great to have so we could eash a few soiled baby clothes, but it can't fit much more than that. All in all, highly recommend!

Beautiful flat in a fantastic part of Rome tucked away from the busier areas and just a short walk from the Villa Borghese park. Romana was a lovely host - always responsive and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

Alessandra was very attentive host; I felt at home right away; the location is quite nice, away from busy roads and attractions, perfect if you are looking to be a part from the tourist center, but not too distant. The subway is few blocks away, as the taxi station and supermarket.

A really great place to stay. Have been to Rome a few times and this was the best place we have stayed. Location perfect and you could walk everywhere and nice local restaurants and bars that felt like being in real Rome. Giuseppe is a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible and lots of good advice
