Great stay with my college age daughter. Fantastic location. Marco met us on the street by the front door and got us settled. He took care of all of our requests. Amazing and surreal to see the Colosseum every day as you walk to and from the flat. Nice to have grocery store and Cafe just around the corner. Marco's place was wonderful.

Eduardo’s apartment is in the perfect place to explore Rome! Despite being in pedestrian area, the double-paned windows and thick walls made it peaceful and quiet inside. It was truly an oasis. The rooms were spotless and the the beds were comfortable! Very easy to walk to nearly every ancient site in Rome. And when you need a taxi, you can have one pick you up in a piazza just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Great value for the money, and all of the appliances worked seamlessly. When I return to Rome, I will definitely look to stay here again. Truly a spectacular space in the old city.

We really enjoyed our stay here , nice apartment, clean and well presented in a lovely old building very quiet at night. Lots of great places to eat and within walking distance of all the excellent sites Rome has to offer. There is a really nice Carrefour supermarket a few doors down which looks tiny but is much larger than you might expect. Many thanks. 👍

We loved our stay here! We spent two weeks in this apartment with our toddler. The apartment was sparkling clean. We really appreciated the fact that we were able to check in at 9 AM, when our early-morning flight arrived, and Massimiliano also offered us the use of the apartment for the full day on our last day. The location is good - lots of tourist amenities to the south, by the Vatican, but just walk north to see a more authentic neighborhood (restaurants with no English menus, for example). The kitchen was functional, and we cooked a few meals here. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The place was perfect for both its location and its spacious rooms. We came as a family. It was perfect. Massimo was really super welcoming and very professional. We will keep a great memory of our stay in Rome!

Arriving during a blackout, enthusiastic excitable, football fans in bars and on the street, Andrea showed us a very efficient way through Rome to see the sites. Great food recommendations. Colosseum Palatine Hill guided tour. Walking through the middle of a nationwide union protest strike. Andrea arranged for a car to pick us up through the protest to get us to the airport on time! This was all done with our children and in less than 24 hours! Andrea was so kind and helpful! Amazing host!

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

Mario is the perfect host. His place reminded us of a quaint cottage equipped with everything you need and more. Security and comfortable beds were the things that impressed us most. The unit is about 100 meters from the Metro entrance from where ever you want to go, and a supermarket right beside right beside it. We definitely be renting again the next time we are in Rome.

We loved are stay in Tamara's place. Quiet area tucked in the narrow streets. She arranged a driver from the airport for us, and despite our flight delays, she rescheduled the driver for us around midnight and accommodated our late arrival. Tamara was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The place was as described, great location with restaurants and everything we wanted to see was within a 30 minute walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Tomasso's property is conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the subway, with a train that takes you to a majority of the tourist attractions. The host was also very hospitable and forthcoming with recommendations.

Stayed at Giampieros apartment for New Years. The apartment have plenty of space and is located walking distance from Metro or Tram lines that take you to Roma Termini in a few stops. Easy self check in and out gives flexibility. Recommend.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Our stay at this Airbnb apartment in Rome was just great! The host Livia was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and her son was also very personable. The location of the apartment was ideal for our excursions in Rome and the size and amenities were perfect for our group of six. We really enjoyed the time there and highly recommend this place!

Francesca is a perfect hostess. She is available at any time and proactively helps with tips. Our transfer from the airport to the apartment was also arranged by her to our complete satisfaction. The apartment itself is very clean and offers everything you need. The location is perfect. We were able to reach all the sights on foot. There are numerous nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If we come back to Rome, we would certainly choose this apartment again.

Super well located, 10-15 minutes walking distance from a metro station, the train station & some major Rome attractions. You will also find many restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Maybe not the best appartment for older people or for young kids due to the stairs and outside noise but I would recommend 100%.

This apartment was just what we needed after a long flight from Australia. Easy to walk from the train station. Not complicated to get into the apt and loved having a lift. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Great place to eat close by and an easy walk to sights. Just really enjoyed our stay. Davide was super responsive to any msg we wrote. Thank you

Cinzia was an absolutely amazing hostess. Before our visit she checked in a few times to see if we needed anything special, including dietary allergies as she provided several breakfast items for our stay. She set up transfers to and from the airport at a better rate than Uber, allowed us to stow our baggage early since we arrived before check in time, gave us a quick tour and alerted us when the apartment was ready (even with a quick video to show us around the place again virtually). The apartment was as described and perfect for our family of four. The king bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillows as well but we loved the apartment otherwise, Cinzia provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast items were such a warm welcome and it was so nice to know there was an easy way to start the day without having to venture out immediately. She gave a lot of good advice about local area. It is a super convenient spot!

We had great time in Lorella's house. Lorella and her husband greet us very friendly, gave all instructions, we're very attentive and extremely helpful! House was very clean, comfortable, even better than in the photos. Lorella think about every details for her guests will feel comfortable, coffee, tea and sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen, we were enjoying of our morning coffe in the wonderful balcony! Less than 5 min walk to the metro, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, easy to reach airport via shuttle bus - so all you need for great time in Rome! I will highly recommend Lorella's wonderful house, she and her husband just perfect hosts!

Would very much stay there again. The total winner was the coffee shop right across the road with wonderful morning pastries that we went to every morning. The host was tremendous and we had an absolutely wonderful 4 nights in Rome. Nice to stay with the local Italians rather than in the expensive tourist spots. Local restaurants had the most amazing food. Accommodation was just perfect and an en-suite in each room was great. Thanks to Benedetta for lovely accommodation and hints we had an amazing time.
